Did I spend my entire COVID quarantine rebuilding and mapping out my BACC town instead of resting? Yes, yes I did and I'm pretty satisfied with how it turned out. 🥰

I added a character page to the Spruceburg section of my website! Something of a proof of concept, since I want to make fancy pages for all of my neighbourhoods eventually. It was challenging figuring out the css, but I'm really proud of how it came out!!!

I have 3 episodes of my Spruceburg Let's Play up over on my Youtube channel! Idk how much overlap there is between Youtube and Tumblr but if anyone is interested in watching me go through the process of getting to know new sims (and fumble through learning how to make videos, haha), feel free to check it out.
I think these intro episodes are a little rough around the edges (the audio quality kills me but I know I don't have the patience to re-record it lol), but people have been really nice so far :')

Some of my favourite screenshots & moments from 2023 :) Great year for neighbourhood designing/decorating, Spruceburg has been really fun to start up, a fair few gorgeous Belladonna Cove renovations I'm very proud of, some fun Pleasantview Plus gameplay, and ofc the Fiero legacy heirs!

2024 Simming Goals
Trying for modest goals again this year!
Make a downloadable hood based on my "Strangeswap AU" and put it up for download!
Complete Season 13 of Hollyhead! If I have to ease up on my "standards" to do this so be it, but I can't let another year go by without a peep from the characters I miss so much
Finish "Season 1" of Spruceburg over on Youtube. I haven't 100% decided how long I want this to be, but I'd like to reach a point where a break (or a conclusion) makes sense rather than playing it indefinitely.
Catch up with my backlog of uberhood posts. It'd be great to finish the Veronaville round! Again, I might have to drop some of the overly-grandioise story ideas I have if I want to get this done, haha. I always get an idea in mind then procrastinate for months because I don't know how to write/shoot it. No more of that crap! This year we are enjoying the game for what it is without stressing over "storytelling"!!!!
Play the Fieros up to gen 3 entering college.
Continue working on Belladonna Cove. I have no idea if finishing it this year is particularly realistic, but it'd be great to at least finish a district? Or maybe finish making over all the apartments?
There are other projects I'd like to do too, like Kingfisher Canyon, Honeycoast, my website, other neighbourhood renovations, more Youtube stuff... but I think this is probably enough for now, haha. I'd really like to prioritise sims this year, I miss being more active in the community :')
