The masked stranger watched the city from above on the roof of a building. He was clear of what he was after now that he was here, but he of course had to bide his time, watch things from afar to see how things played out. Only then would the machine make its move.

In a ark void somewhere within the confines of a certain boy’s mind, a figure stood.

It had no discernible features, and it merely stood there watching him. Even if it had no facial features to speak of, one could tell that it was sneering at him with resentment.

“Kamijou Touma... Welcome to the realm of DARKNESS. A place you should be familiar of.”

“Well, this should be interesting.”

Mused a silver haired girl as she sat ontop of a broom, watching an event from afar. Weather she was aware that someone had already joined her or not remained to be seen, but that did not seem to disrupt her observation of situation below.

“I never thought that both Kamijou Touma and Accelerator  would encounter each other again so soon in this whole situation. Oh, and it seems like Hamazura Shiage is not that far away either. Given how things have progressed in the past, these three will likely join together one more... wouldn’t you agree?”

“S-Shit! Why did it get so c-cold all of a sudden? Does fall not exist anymore?!“

A certain spiky haired high school student complained as he felt the November chill brush across his skin. As usual, his heater in his dorm room was broken and because of this, his entire living space was as cold as his refrigerator. He had also heard that it was going to snow today too, so Kamijou just wanted to stay inside wrapped up in his blanket.

In the past two days since all hell had broken loose in Academy City, Accelerator had been with Kamijou’s group in the mission to find the entity that had framed him.

But since the war began, getting that done had been difficult.

Accelerator was out to find some supplies for the group when he had been attacked by multiple clansmen from mainly HOMURA and JUNGLE. They were of course no match for him since he was still the strongest Level 5 in Academy City.

But the attacks had grown so frequent that it was starting to become annoying. At this rate, he couldn’t head back to the hideout with these guys targeting him.

A gust of wind was blown with the swipe of his arm, and those ragtag members of the Red and Green Clans flew away like paper in the wind.

“This is starting to get annoying. Just how many of these idiots are gonna keep rushing me like this?”

After everything thats happened the previous day, Kamijou Touma was glad to have a place to sleep, since he could not return to his dorm. He thought that he was not going to be able to fall asleep with all that was on his mind, but his tiredness had apparently overrode all of that.

He had been resting so well that he unconsciously grabbed something soft and didn’t notice until he started waking up.

“Mmm...?”

Kamijou woke up with a sudden start.

He had no idea what that dream was about exactly, but he felt like he had learned something crucial about it. Yet at the same time, he felt like his emotions were on shaky ground.

But even so, he would hold it together and try to take in what he saw in the dream he had.

“....Thea Draconis.”

“Fellow Outer Gods, our race, as well as this whole universe faces a threat that could purge us all. I’m sure most of you that’s traveled here with me knows this, but it goes by the name Reality Break. I welcome any of the other Vacosians in this universe to come to the private meeting on the 27th so that we can further discuss this danger.”

In a certain building within district 7 of Academy City, Board Chairman Accelerator was currently in a private meeting with a certain man, who gave off a indescribable aura. He looked like a man appearing to enter his thirties, but one glance could give the impression that he was some kind of experienced veteran of sorts. In all, one could say that this man’s presence was mesmerizing on a level similar to Aleister Crowley. His name was Dr. Adam Weizmann Lancaster.

“As you can see Board Chairman, Academy City has been continuously attacked by forces beyond our reach for nearly two years. The level and scale of which these threats emerge has been growing larger during this turbulent time period. As such, several plans have been put into motion by the Board as well as the Japanese Government and Foreign corporations to combat these threats. With Academy City’s Research into Magic Side artifacts and development of Next generation Weapons, we are proposing the use of the Borg Initiative as the next step for military power. By converting trained soldiers into cybernetically enhanced beings,  we can turn the tide on any invasion force, by crushing all resistance and Assimilating enemy forces into the Borg’s Collective hive mind. This way, information among our troops can be shared instantaneously.

Additionally, we have begun the SYMPHOGEAR Project where powerful Magic Relics combined with Next Gen. Weaponry will create special super soldiers to effectively deal with these otherworldly threats. As you can see, we have made significant progress in developing this, as evidenced by the Kazanari daughter. Other children are also being searched for recruitment. The Threat of the Vacosians, certain Magic Organizations, and entities is very real, and I would recommend you take these proposals into consideration.”

“Man, it’s getting bad out there...”

Remarked Kamijou as he was looking at news coverage relating to the war between the clans. It was crazy to think that things got this bad in only two days. Why were they even fighting like this in the first place? It also was apparent that there was a manhunt for both Kamijou and the others that were with him, including Accelerator who was out to get supplies, and a certain red head and delinquent who were all in the room with him.

“We are in an unnecessary war, and this war will not only result in Vacosian extinction, but also humanity’s and others if this reaches the boiling point. A wild card is needed to disrupt this whole thing.”

“What the... what happened here?”

Kamijou expressed his surprise as he and a certain red head stood before a brutal scene. While they were out looking for the Fake Kamijou Touma late at night, they happened to hear the sounds of fighting going on nearby.

They went to investigate, only to find a half a dozen HOMURA guys sprawled out all over the place.

And what stood there was a white figure with red eyes.

Those eyes immediately met Kamijou’s.

“...Huh?”

“Outer Gods running Academy City? Rewritten timelines? Man, why do I always get caught up in crap like this...”

“But Gym Uniforms... really? That’s a bit tasteless don’t you think?“

“Hey man you take that back! Your hormones would definitely kick into overdrive if you saw a long haired beauty wearing it!”

“Well, you’re not wrong...”

“Right? Also, speaking of long haired beauties... there’s one with dark hair right across the street glaring at us like she wants to kill us.”

“Wait, really? Shit! Don’t tell me she heard our conversation the entire time?!”

Started a certain girl as she finally acknowledged the other’s presence. Up until now, she had simply been immersed in the book she was reading, before she felt a pair of eyes stare at her from afar. It made her wonder if she had something weird on her face.
