Dr. Adam W. Lancaster took out a photo of a young girl with wild blonde hair tied in a ponytail and sat it on the table.

“This girl was first sighted in  Academy City two months ago and she was believed to be responsible for a case of an assault on several students, whom were most likely delinquents. However, she has appeared in the city again very recently and has been seen wandering the streets, causing minor incidents. We also believe that she is the weakest Vacosian on record so far, so you may have a chance of subduing her.”

I am aware that you prefer to go out and handle things yourself instead of sending out people to do so, so I must ask that you have one of those Vacosians Captured and transported to Location X. As well as I am aware, no task force like, Judgement, Anti-Skill, or any Dark Side Operatives are any match for them, and sending out Special Soldiers on my end will be too much of a hassle at this time. In a certain building within district 7 of Academy City, Board Chairman Accelerator was currently in a private meeting with a certain man, who gave off a indescribable aura. He looked like a man appearing to enter his thirties, but one glance could give the impression that he was some kind of experienced veteran of sorts. In all, one could say that this man’s presence was mesmerizing on a level similar to Aleister Crowley. His name was Dr. Adam Weizmann Lancaster.

“As you can see Board Chairman, Academy City has been continuously attacked by forces beyond our reach for nearly two years. The level and scale of which these threats emerge has been growing larger during this turbulent time period. As such, several plans have been put into motion by the Board as well as the Japanese Government and Foreign corporations to combat these threats. With Academy City’s Research into Magic Side artifacts and development of Next generation Weapons, we are proposing the use of the Borg Initiative as the next step for military power. By converting trained soldiers into cybernetically enhanced beings,  we can turn the tide on any invasion force, by crushing all resistance and Assimilating enemy forces into the Borg’s Collective hive mind. This way, information among our troops can be shared instantaneously.

Additionally, we have begun the SYMPHOGEAR Project where powerful Magic Relics combined with Next Gen. Weaponry will create special super soldiers to effectively deal with these otherworldly threats. As you can see, we have made significant progress in developing this, as evidenced by the Kazanari daughter. Other children are also being searched for recruitment. The Threat of the Vacosians, certain Magic Organizations, and entities is very real, and I would recommend you take these proposals into consideration.”

The entity gave a chuckle before changing its form once again.

“That should be obvious with one look. I’m what you would call, your left overs from another timeline. During my time in the void, I caught a glimpse of other timelines you were in. I kinda wanted to go in and ruin the lot of them, but I decided to settle for this one since it’s the closest to my original one. Our right hands are cursed, and I will use that curse to my own ends.... and that involves making you suffer a slow and painful demise, along with the rest of Academy City.

He placed a hand on his head to suppress an awful feeling.

He really had never seen this person before, but at the same time, there was something about her that seemed familiar, and something that gave him a bittersweet feeling.

He felt that if he were to learn more, he would be driven to a dark place.

“What’s the matter, Touummaaa? You don’t recognize me? We were pretty close at one point~. Hey, maybe you should ask Evelyn Lancaster about a girl named Iori. I’m sure she has all of the answers for you like usual~”

The creature masquerading as a certain girl gave a bewitching smile that contained nothing but malice and contempt for Kamijou. It knew who it was, but it felt like there was no fun in telling him outright.

The entity chuckled maliciously as it stared at him. At that moment, its form began to distort until it took the form of a girl.

It was a girl Kamijou Touma did not recognize, but it was also someone he may have met in another timeline.

“Maybe I could be a friend of your you saved in another life? Would that work for you, Kamijou-san? Or....”

The entity’s form began to change once again, this time into the form of another girl. Only this time, the person would seem familiar to him even if they did not meet.

“...Maybe a lover you failed to save~?”
