DAY 5897
Jalsa, Mumbai Apr 10/11, 2024 Wed/Thu 12:54 AM
Ramzan Id/ Eid ul Fitar greetings
🌹
🪔 ,
April 11 .. birthday greetings to Ef Lyudmila RF Zueva .. and Ef Heena Maru .. 🙏🏻🚩 .. and may all the best be reserved for you .. love from the Ef's .. ❤️
An extended work out .. repeats, increases of weights , greater time walkabouts .. free arm and the physio to pull the body parts in all conceivable directions ..😁 .. hot showers, the IPL game , when the results are reaching tantalising ends .. and then ..
The mystery of the World Wars .. the building of the armouries .. the mindset of those that work to protect and fight .. the psychological studies of them that initiate such ..
Fascinating .. scary ..
Were then .. am now .. shall be later ..
And life shall move on .. the fears of the past remain fogged and buried .. for the todays, evident and present .. for the tomorrow, the anxiety for the progeny that shall face it .. in time ..
aaahhhhh .. too much philosophy .. this GEN Z shall have none of it .. for them .. Doris Day .. and 🎶 .. and 'que sera sera , whatever will be be will be .. the future's not ours to see .. QUE SERA SERA .. but the song shall ever remain a ???? question mark for the them of today ..
BUT ..
.. how time has kept us all in tune and line .. 1957 Sherwood , Nainital, School Play, Nikolai Gogol's 'The Government Inspector' , Danny Kaye the phenomenal talent, playing the Inspector .. and I use it on stage in Milman Hall for the Annual Concert, where I play the Mayor .. and during a rehearsal, class mate Chris Borthwick, who plays the Inspector suggests the famous line to be spoken at a particular scene - impromptu .. and the entire Hall comes down .. it was the most popular song of the World .. and gives me my best actor Cup - the Kendall Cup .. Geoffrey Kendall, who built the drama Company Shakespeareana, travelling all over the World with it .. came to put up the plays of Shakespeare in School .. asked me to play a part on one such day .. I did not coz' was prepping for my Finals Senior Cambridge Exam .. John Kurrien, classmate did it .. Shashi Kapoor married his daughter - Jennifer - who acted on stage with her Father, and where and when Shashi ji met her ..
GEN Z .. 🥹 !!
Alright then .. its 😴

Did you know
Yamma Yamma..R.D. Burman was not satisfied with Mohammed Rafi's singing in this song and was planning to re-record it. However, that never happened because Rafi passed away soon after the original recording. It was the only song which R.D. Burman and Rafi sang together.
The January 1980 edition of Stardust magazine stated that when Parveen Babi went to Europe with Kabir Bedi, there was no hope of her returning back to India. The only other actress who had a westernized image who could replace Parveen Babi was Simi Garewal. Ramesh Sippy verbally spoke to Simi Garewal and told her the role was hers. But Parveen Babi returned back to work and Simi was bumped out of the film.
Parveen Babi suffered her first nervous breakdown on the sets of Shaan. When she completed to shoot of the song Pyar Karnewale she got the attack. After this song there is a scene Parveen Babi is in the car, she stops the car, then Amitabh Bachchan sits in the car, this scene was shot when Parveen Babi came back from U.S.and she resumed work by shooting this scene.

Also, speaking of Amitabh, I’ve been binging a lot of 70s Amit-Shashi movies these days and I’ve always felt that beautiful late miss Parveen Babi always seemed to have a better chemistry with Shashi Kapoor than she did with Amitabh despite the latter being a more popular couple?
(just so we’re clear, I’m not shipping anyone irl here, I’m just speaking of them as an on screen couple)
Their on screen romance just seemed much more genuine, maybe because Mr. Shashi had the gorgeous face of a romantic hero while Mr. Amitabh looked more handsome in rugged and action hero-ish way? He seemed to be able to somewhat match miss Babi’s charm when it came to romantic scenes which were far and few in between to begin with, but Shashi Kapoor genuinely looked like he was falling for her in all their movies. Like that car ride song in Suhaag where you can see him getting attracted to her even tho he’s maintaining a strict face. (What makes this even more curious is knowledge that apparently Shashi wasn’t too fond of her irl, but still delivered so well)
This can be attributed to him being a brilliant actor, which if you take a look at his filmography you’d know for sure that he was, but speaking vice versa, I also never felt any actress match Mr. Kapoor’s Charisma like her, Zeenat Aman being a close second. Her personality in all those roles was simultaneously opposite to his but they still matched as a couple, which always made me root for them to end up together in every movie.
All in all, while they were both brilliant actors who looked beautiful paired with anyone else and made for a good couple, they are also one of the few couples (alongside Kajol and SRK, Akshay and Katrina, Shammi Kapoor and Asha Parekh, Rekha and Am- nvm) that have such a marvellous chemistry together that you almost wonder if its real.

The Tragic Life of Actress Vimmi :1960
The Tragic Life Of Actress Vimmi
The Tragic Life Of Actress Vimmi is the Actress from Famous Bollywood film Hamraaz which was released in 1967 and directed by B.R. Chopra. Main leads in this movie with Vimmi are Sunil Dutt and Raaj kumar . The songs of the movie are also famous like ‘Tum Agar Saath Dene Ka Waada Karo’ and ‘neele gagan ke tale’
How Vimmi Become Star?
Vimmi Born in 1943 ,she is an Indian actress who worked in many movies like Aabroo, Hamraaz etc. Her first film is Humraaz from which she got famous. She also worked in Punjabi film. Her last film Krodhi was released four years after her death. She became very popular after Humraaz and got many movies after that. She work with many famous actors like Shashi Kapoor,Sunil Dutt and Raaj Kumar.
Which films vimmi work?
Vimmi Started her career from humraaz which was release in 1967.After that she worked in Aabroo in 1968 and in punjabi film Nanak Nam Jahaz Hai in 1969. She also did a cameo in Guddi which was released in 1971. She also worked in Kahin Aar Kahin Par , Kahani Hum Sab Ki, Vachan,Premi Gangaram and Krodhi which was her last film
With Whom Vimmi Got Married?
Vimmi got married with Shiv Agarwal before started working in the film industry, who is businessman from calcutta. Her parents were not happy because of this marriage and her in laws also got angry because of her decision to became an actress. Her professional life was going very happy but she was not happy in her personal life as her parents and her in laws were not in talking terms with her.
Her husband also leave her after his parents told him to do that and she got alone after that . Vimmi was very beautiful and smart but she can not act properly and slowly slowly people got to know that she is not able to act properly in films and that’s why there was time when she got less work in films and after that she started drinking alcohol
How did vimmi Died?
Vimmi was living alone after her husband leave her.She became alcoholic she got nothing in films .Vimmi needs a support from someone as she was very alone at that time, so she started living with a producer whos name was jolly but her destiny was so bad that he didn't help her but used her for his wrong deeds and started exploiting her and told her that is she want to work in film industry she has to spend time with producers more often then you will get work also and money also after this she broke completely and started drinking more alcohol after that her liver got damaged.
She died on 22 August 1977 and her life was so bad that there is no one for her when she died. She died in general ward of nanavati Hospital and her dead body was carried in hand cart. This was the saddest life of a famous actress which many people doesn’t know. There is a few actor and actress from this industry like vimmi whose life is not at all happy.
A common man always have dream to become famous like Bollywood actors like they have money, fans and popularity but no one knows the dark side of this industry. We knows about them when we see them on screen continuously but after they didn’t get work then no one will recognize them before they got in any controversy or they die. Vimmi is one of them who got famous in movies but there are many few people who knows about her
Conclusion from this is people should avoid drinking Alcohol as it is not good for our health.
