1st art piece 🎨 Karasu and my avatar, his wife, named Sha "Yuri" Hargreaves. I'm gonna write and illustrate a webcomic/doujinshi about our romance someday, just been doing it in bits and pieces on my personal pages online, and otherwise mostly in private diaries based on my dreams and pseudo-hallucinations (I have depressive psychosis and a fantasy prone personality - i'm a total dreamer ♡) ... Karasu is also gonna be adapted into the original webcomics i've been writing for over 20 years with my brothers and best friend too! The story is basically the same for both, but slightly different cos one is original while the other is the YYH version: Karasu astral projects and begins to haunt Sha's dreams as she is a spiritually sensitive human (descended from faeries, mind you, on this note), and he coaxes her into reviving him from the vampyre tree Kurama had trapped him in, as Sha works with plants (in the original series, she is actually the Seasonal Spring Warrior too), and she ends up reviving him, and uses her healing abilities from being part faerie to help him, but has to go the extra mile and use her life force and blood transfusion to help the Crow recover all the way. This bonds them together, and they end up falling in love in the end. ♡ Here my avatar has blonde hair as I was bleaching and dying my hair blonde back then. :3
2nd art piece 🎨 Karasu and my avatar, Sha, again but with her natural hair with some green hair dye on the tips this time. =^w^= ♡
Also, a big thankyou to my brother, Micky @octobernocturne for shading in the Crow's hair on the 1st art piece! That was big help indeed! =^w^= ♡

~ 🧚🏻‍♀️ Happy International Faerie Day 🧚🏻‍♀️ ~
Aesthetic goals ✨
According to lore, we're descended from faeries, cos of being one of the five royal Irish families haunted by the Banshee who haunts her own family. My family talked about seeing her, too. I come from a very superstitious family. So, in MQ the webcomic, I have been redesigning my homemade character who is me to have a faerie aesthetic akin to this. 🧚🏻‍♀️

"People die, but real love is forever." ~The Crow (I love you, Karasu. ♡) June 11th, 2017 ~ Eternity.
(Rare photo of the ghostly lovers reunited in the cemetery; Shelly Webster embraces Eric Draven, both of whom are our kindred spirits as well as inspiration for our author avatars, Sha Pris Yuri Amaranth and Sakurai Tsubasa, aka Dr. Crow; whom Sha affectionately nicknames “Eric” after The Crow film, just as I do with my imaginary SO, Karasu from Yu Yu Hakusho, whose name also means "Crow" in Japanese. =^.^= ♡)

Me and My Husband Karasu/Eric♡ – Secret Santa 2022 gift art from rereya
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwww!! I got this SUPER ADORABLE gift art of me and Karasu from @rereya as part of the @yyh-revival Secret Santa art trade! =^♡^=
I gave references of myself as a cartoon character from our webcomics (upcoming) as one of my requests, we have to offer up to three, and I’m really happy I got art of me and my Crow♡ (I’m wearing the same outfit from this one: Musing About Love v.2)
I also want to draw myself in YYH fanart with Karasu with my hair more like this as well♡ Karasu is also in our webcomics as Dr. Crow, real name Sakurai Tsubasa, whom I / my character calls “Eric” after The Crow, which is our special movie for being eerily similar to our situation going on in my head at the time we first watched it – yikes! But also magical, and made me happy to ‘see’ my Crow avenge me and him like that♡
I really like how pretty @rereya made me here – I wish my lips looked that alluring and kissable, LOL! And Karasu looks youthful and sexy, much more like his manga self, which is actually my preference for him, both in looks and story. :3 ♡♡♡
Also, Happy Winter Solstice! ♡

“Reblog and put in the tags how did you choose the names of your OCs” (Prompt by inthetags on Tumblr.)
I gave my own nicknames to my self-insert characters like Sha Pris Amaranth, Jung Sha-Mina and Yuri Sha Hargreaves. Other times my favourite things, like Carnation Lily: two of my favourite flowers there, which I had named two of my Nintendogs after, which in turn inspired my OC’s name, so she was named after the puppies named after my favourite flowers.
Bartholomew Wood and Leif Wood were named after historical figures. Well, Barley was named after a tree I named after a historical figure, not cos me and my brothers particularly care about these historical figures, but just cos we like the sound of their names, LOL! ^^;
Dr. Crow is named after my imaginary SO, Karasu from Yu Yu Hakusho whose name is the Japanese word for “Crow”, “Raven”, and “Blackbird”, as well as my crush I equate with Karasu from Black Jack named Dr. Kiriko aka “Death Incarnate”, while Dr. Crow’s real name is Tsubasa Hoshino. Tsubasa means “Wings” and is inspired by my muse and face-claim for Karasu being Atsushi Sakurai from BUCK-TICK and his association with wings, as well as Karasu’s other lookalike Lucifard Oscarstein from Kill the Crows of Three Thousand Worlds being associated with wings, too, while Hoshino comes from my other crush, Hidehiko Hoshino, also from BUCK-TICK. Dr. Crow’s nickname “Eric” is taken from Eric Draven from The Crow, and is what Sha calls him (just as I call Karasu this in my imaginary world).
Mitchi Applewaite was named after my brother, Micky, as a female counterpart to his character, Viktor, who originally shared his name.
Puck is named after Puck from A Midsummer’s Night Dream.
Just to name a few off the top of my head!

Karasu (Lucifer) x me (Alexiel) in Angel Sanctuary by my personal favourite artist, Kaori Yuki, whom I am inspired by (alongside Ayami Kojima)♡
He is inspired by Atsushi Sakurai, whom is my muse for Karasu in my imaginary world and dreams. She is named Alexiel, similar to Alexandria, and looks like me, with a very similar situation I am going through. They are Forbidden Lovers, much like Karasu and I♡ This is one of those Romantic Fate things how they mirror me and my SO♡

Sara from Castlevania: Lament of Innocence - she is drawn by Ayami Kojima, whom is a big inspiration along with Kaori Yuki on my artwork. I often used Sara for reference to draw my SI OCs, Sha Pris Amaranth from MQ, and Sara Elisabeth van Helsing (who shares her name and was her face-claim) from another story that started off as a vampyre RPG on GaiaOnline.

Reluctant Romance
Written by Shen Hart on deviantART
Viktor briefly looked up from his books as Mitchi walked into the room. Her bright blue eyes seemed to sparkle slightly as they settled on Viktor. Viktor gave a small nod of acknowledgement before continuing with his studies. Mitchi frowned before taking the seat next to Viktor, and pulled out her own books. She enjoyed spending time with Viktor. They were similar in their views and tastes; Viktor always seemed aloof, but she remained entirely loyal to him.
Mitchi re-tied her hair back in her deep blue ribbon before settling down into her studies. Viktor had pursed his lips in slight irritation to Mitchi's fidgetting, but he focused himself entirely on his studies. Mitchi smiled to herself looking over Viktor's green hair before beginning her studies in earnest.
The time seemed to pass so quickly for Mitchi. Her homework was soon completed leaving her a little time to lean back in her chair, and let her mind wander. She thought about music, a new song perhaps. She couldn't help but keep looking back at Viktor. She admired him greatly, his green hair was quirky, and added some mystery to frame his deep golden eyes. Viktor finished his work, and looked over to her with his lips pursed slightly. He didn't seem to entirely approve of Mitchi's open affections for him, he didn't shun her though.
There seemed to be a change in Viktor. The sun had no long set, but he tensed and looked away from Mitchi. She frowned, tempted to ask him what was wrong. Viktor gave a polite smile as he stood and left. Mitchi ran her fingers through her hair, she wasn't quite sure what had just happened. Viktor had just changed, not a word had been spoken. She considered following him.
She sighed and decided this was foolish, her curiousity was irritating her though. He'd probably just gone to make a doll for Sha. She smiled, standing and heading out after Viktor. He wouldn't mind her tagging along, she'd seen him make many dolls previously. Mitchi paused and looked around for a moment, she just managed to catch a glimpse of him heading into the forest.
With a pleased grin, she followed his trail into the forest.
** ** **
Viktor pursed his lips, he didn't like having to leave suddenly to do these things, it only raised suspicions. This had to be done though, it was all part of being the Autumn Magician. He picked up the pace, and focused his mind on what must be done. He could feel his form changing around him in response to his role.
The dying centaur was just up ahead. His job should be swift and easy; he could return home without anyone needing to question anything. He smiled coolly, slowing his pace as he neared the centaur. Viktor felt the fear coming from the centaur, he kept his face blank and ignored it. He didn't enjoy that feeling, seeing the slow panic washing over their faces as they realised what he was.
He kneeled down by the centaur, slowly looking into his eyes whispering a small blessing before taking his soul. What happened now was out of his hands. He nodded, and finished his blessing leaving the body for the nature spirits to deal with. Viktor tensed as he became aware of something else.
A small twig cracked behind him, it was quickly followed by another crack at the other side of him. He frowned, standing and scanning the area around him. There were a number of presences around him, unwelcome ones. They were hiding in the shadows behind the trees.
** ** **
Mitchi strained against her captor, she couldn't believe what was happening. She had been following Viktor, and the next thing she knew some dark elf had wrapped his arms around her, clamping his hand over her mouth to stop her from shouting. The more she strained, the tighter the elf held her. She saw there were three other elves nearby, all dark skinned with deep green eyes.
The elves crept closer to Viktor, keeping their bodies close to the ground; trying to remain hidden. Viktor had tensed, and was looking around him, trying to see his foe. Mitchi couldn't help smiling as she looked over him.
** ** **
Viktor scowled, straining his eyes to see, he knew there were at least two of them. He turned, and began to walk between the trees in the direction of the noise. Something changed, three elves appeared from between the trees. Viktor scowled, dark elves weren't welcome in these parts, they clearly wished to cause mischief.
The apparent leader stepped forward. He had a feline grace about him, his pale silver hair falling down past his shoulders. Viktor saw the dark glint in his deep green eyes, he didn't say a word as he tried to think through the possible motives. The leader spoke with a soft, icy tone: "I can't say I expected such a magician as you to be quite so…young."
Viktor smiled, and nodded politely. "Why are you here?"
The elf smirked, and looked back into the darkness. Viktor scowled as he saw another elf step forward, he had Mitchi. She had clearly followed him into the woods. The leader spoke, "Look, we want your magic. It's really very simple."

Enter Bartholomew Wood (aka Seeking the Boggart)
Written by Kristopher Lewis on deviantART
Bartholomew knelt and rolled a ball of detritus between his thumb and forefinger, breathing in the earthy soil while his eyes scanned the clearing ahead. The boggart had passed this way—far too close to the Amaranth farm for his liking. Boggarts never maintained amicable relations with their human neighbors. If they weren’t souring milk or making off with livestock, they were in the house throwing things about, screaming and yelling and scaring the wits out of the unfortunate family cursed with their presence.  And when boggarts grew bored with their tantrums...  Bartholomew shut his eyes and pushed the horrid images from his mind.
Peeking through the tall grass at the forest’s edge, he scanned the sunlit pasture before him where Mathias and Viktor Amaranth practiced their swordplay. They could hardly be called children now, more like young lads with the promise of being skilled swordsmen.
“Is tha’ wha’ ye call a lunge?” Mathias asked his older brother.
Viktor swatted him on the thigh with the flat of his blade. “Made ye flinch, didn’ I?”
They fell to arguing, and Bartholomew’s mouth upturned into a half smile. Skilled swordsmen or no, they were still his little brothers.  He wouldn’t allow the boggart to trouble the children.
Still hunched down in the tall grass, Bartholomew unslung his bow, knocked an arrow, and crept along the edge of the pasture. In the distance, sheep grazed on the spring-green grass.  Behind them was the Amaranths’ stables where the horses nickered loudly, already aware of the boggart’s presence.  A trail of smoke wisped from the chimney of a small farmhouse on the horizon. While Bartholomew had ‘adopted’ the Amaranths as his own, he’d never call the farm his home, just as he could never truly call the forest home though it was more familiar to him than an old friend. As a half-breed, Bartholomew would forever straddle the human and elven worlds without belonging to either.
Dead leaves stirred in silence as his feet sank into the soft ground. Shadows flickered through the brush from the corner of his eye, small animals, and humanoid shapes dodging through the forest.  The little bugger was going to use shadow glamour was he? Bartholomew heard a small, twittering laugh from behind him and whirled, drawing the string taut as he brought his bow to bear.  Nothing.
    “Bloody hate boggarts,” he whispered.
He took comfort in knowing that his brother Leif lay in that direction; if anything, Leif would flush the little bugger back toward him. There was another laugh from the other direction, this one light and sweet, and Bartholomew’s muscles tensed as he turned and crouched lower to the ground. He breathed deep at the sight of the girl sitting beneath a lone ash tree in the pasture. Her knees drawn up to her chest, the girl tucked a strand of long brown hair behind her ear. Bartholomew admired the way her hair seemed to shimmer in the small motes of sunlight that filtered down through the tree’s leaves.  She had sad brown eyes and a smattering of freckles on her face. Bartholomew closed his eyes, listened to his pulse race. The boggart forgotten, he set his bow down and parted the grass in front of him for a clearer view.
Sha Amaranth was a regret that Bartholomew would never forget. The first time their lips met, he should’ve known—should’ve felt the warmth in his belly and admired the softness of her lips. Instead he had spurned her; she was child then, he thought. She couldn’t have known what love was. But now that she was older—that they were both older—he wanted to go to her and tell her what an arse he’d been.
A young man stepped from behind the tree and settled down next to her. Sha gave him a wan smile as he wrapped his arm around her shoulders. Black-haired and handsome, Steven Gayle was any young girl’s dream.
    Then why’d he pick Sha?
Bartholomew’s jaw clenched as Steven leaned in, caressed Sha’s cheek with one finger before their lips met in what seemed to be a gentle kiss. A shadow fell across the pasture, and Bartholomew stole a glance upward. Dark, heavy clouds covered the sun. The grass waved as a chill breeze blew through the forest into the pasture.
Chewing at his lower lip, Bartholomew watched the couple intently. None of this was right.  Steven wasn’t part of this equation; he was an outsider who’d pushed his way into Sha’s heart, even as he pushed Bartholomew out. He was everything Bartholomew wasn’t: inconsiderate, self-centered, and boorish.
Their lips parted and their gazes lingered on each other.  Bartholomew cursed, pounding his fist into the ground and a peel of thunder rolled through the sky before the clouds opened up.  Through a wall of rain, Bartholomew watched Steven laugh, even as he helped Sha to her feet.  Hand and hand, the couple ran for the stables.  Bartholomew watched them until they were out of sight, then reached for his bow with a shaky hand.
“I don’t much care for him either,” a voice said, and Bartholomew blanched.
“Ye want I should shoot ye?” he said as he whipped around.  “Don’t sneak up on me like tha’.”
“He ran right by ye, an’ ye didn’ even notice,” Leif said.  He pointed deeper into the forest.  “Tha’ way, far’s I kin tell.”
“Aye, then we best git to the task.”  Bartholomew stood slowly, stretching.  He glanced over his shoulder at the lone ash where Steven and Sha had been sitting, now awash in sunlight.  The storm had gone as quickly as it had come.  Leif shot off into the forest, on the boggart’s trail.
“Learn ta reign in tha’ temper, Wood,” Bartholomew muttered before chasing after his brother.
