The bout between Derrick Lewis and Serghei Spivac is off tonight's UFC card. The bout was scheduled to be a five-round main event. Its absence sees an already weak card take a massive blow.

There were rumblings online today that something was up about this bout. A Twitter user at the UFC APEX today said he heard something about Lewis dealing with medical issues.

The official broadcast announced around 12:30pm local time that Lewis was out of the bout due to a non-COVID-19, non-weight-cut medical issue. Kennedy Nzechukwu and Ion Cutelaba will now get the main event spotlight.

Gane bounces back with a drubbing of Serghei Spivac. Spivac shot twice in about 8 minutes of fighting. Once getting completely sprawled out on, the other time letting Gane jump into a 360 to spin off the cage while he went face down. Gane picked off Spivac with jabs and power shots, especially to the body. All Spivac could manage was to walk forward behind his guard and bend over at the waist when Gane even twitched a little.
