Note
Okay but if we talk about anything other than yeonjun in crop top..... I think it should be how he's giving us these major "soft boy" looks with the glasses and that pretty pink pout and the net fabric in his sleeves... UGHHHH the boy looks GORGEOUS
He is indeed the most gorgeous boy out there

Steven Kavuma, S+K Project  August 2017
“We’ve been coming to the Curve Garden since the beginning. It’s more than a garden here, it’s a home. It’s a real community. They have been so generous to us and the company, they’ve helped us grow.”                   Steven Kavuma
At the Dalston Curve Garden we've worked with S+K Project for the last two years and its been a real pleasure being part of their journey. We are delighted to see them back here for their third summer with SKFEST.
Steven is directing the S+K production of ‘BOYS’ at the Curve Garden on 23 August.  An adaptation of ‘Lord of the Flies’, with an all BAME male cast, the play is a dark examination of what happens when a group of young men are stranded on an island and try to govern themselves. The play explores the themes of politics, morality, gender and identity, viewing its author William Golding’s writing through a contemporary lense for today’s audiences.
Steven co-founded The S+K Project with Malakai Sargeant in September 2014 after being frustrated about the lack of representation and inclusivity in the arts industry. Since then, he has gone on to work extensively to change the face of theatre in the UK, and has worked with organisations such as Act for Change, Talawa and Black Theatre Live to lobby theatres to be more representative on and off stage.
Tickets for BOYS are £8 and £5 for under 25s and can be bought at Billetto   All proceeds go to S+K Project.
Steven Kavuma’s portrait is the first in a new series of creative photo stories by Sandra Keating. ‘Curve Garden People’ documents the many different personalities who visit the Garden and work, volunteer, or collaborate with us. Through their own words we will explore what the Curve Garden means to so many people. Look out for more Curve Garden People in coming weeks...
