a bit of backstory to this is that; since Randall doesn’t have a job, she stole red velvet truffles from different boxes and filled one heart box with em to give to Hershel!

Hershel is just playing the gift giving over and over in her mind, thinking of how beautiful her wife is and how generous she was to get all of Hershel’s favorite chocolate truffles
