Widower. After a heated argument, Diane left to cool off, and was involved in a car accident where her seat-belt malfunctioned. He has not handled this well.
Tries to shelter his daughter from his bad days, with increasing reliance on the pocket dimension of “Froopyland.” Still builds her pretty much anything she asks for. More recently he’s been making an effort to be around more and rely less on Froopyland due to Repo’s insistence.
Has been to the Citadel of Ricks. Didn’t care for it.
Formed a little found family with Repo Rick, and Rick “Canns” B-173Y’s family. Both of them adore and dote on Beth, affectionately nicknaming her Elby/LB (for Little Beth).
Even though she maims and stabs and catches Repo in traps. Like a lot.
Relationship with Repo started out as a friendship that quickly deepened. Got physical before either of them could admit it got romantic. They’re now both open about loving each other.
Favorite color is blue.
Do not let his manners and relatively calm demeanor fool you this man is a fucking mess

SR-6910 grabbing Repo by the shirt and screaming at him. Essar (SR) is a late 20s Rick who looks a lot like Simple Rick--a single father raising a little terror of a Beth, affectionately nicknamed Elby by Repo. (Elby = LB. Little Beth.)
Essar’s wife died due to a seatbelt malfunction, something he may have been trying to fix with regards to the car and screwed up--and it didn’t help that he and Diane had a terrible argument right before it. Essar, on the surface, looks really put together, but he’s got moments where the broken man we’ve come to know in the multiverse really shines through.
SR-6910 is my buddy @pumpkinpyre‘s Rick! He’s also part of the found-family thing that Repo and Canns have goin’ on, along with Elby. Elby’s got THREE DADS and TWO OF THEM ARE OLD.
