Anime You Didn’t Know Was Changed For America

  Onigiri is a Japanese staple you might also know as a rice ball. It definitely isn't a jelly donut, though, no matter what Brock from the Pokémon anime has to say about it. Believe it or not, the fact that both Brock and Misty referred to onigiri as a donut in Episode 25, "Primape Goes Bananas," isn't a sign of borderline lunacy. It's all about localization, and it's the subject of Crunchyroll's latest YouTube video.

  When onigiri magically transforms into footlong subs, graham crackers, and other western "delicacies," you know it's time for a deep dive.
