This is a Porsche Design P’3110 TecFlex Fountain Pen in stainless steel with gold threads c. 2011-2017. It’s 5 ¾ inches long capped. The TecFlex line was announced August 1, 2005, named for the stainless steel woven material borrowed from motor racing hoses. This second version with gold threads woven into the stainless steel threads was announced at the same time. The rest of the pen is palladium coated to give a silky matte finish. The 18 karat gold broad nib is rhodium plated. The end of the barrel has three knobs so the cap can be securely posted. The cap lip is stamped PORSCHE DESIGN on the front and GERMANY on the back. The clip is spring loaded. Matching rollerball pens, ballpoint pens and mechanical pencils were also made. Available nibs were broad, medium and fine.
