Could you please tell us about the kings of the Underworld, their functions and if there is a kind of rank? I don't know if you talked about that. I just remember that one of them really liked pumpkins.

I can't say that I really know much about the ten kings off the top of my head. Most of my knowledge comes from Wukong threatening to beat one of them if they didn't get his underworld paperwork fast enough.

But I'll post what I can read what I can.

In the first palace King Guang of Qin, Jiang Xin, specializes in longevity, premature death the registration of, birth and death in the human world; unified management of punishment in the underworld, and good and bad karma in the next life. I can't say that I saw anything about pumpkins in these but I did just mostly skim the material. I would say read each of the individual articles (I put the link in their names) yourself if you wanna get more detailed but otherwise, this should cover their responsibilities and which hall belongs to who. I can't say if this is a 'rank' as they are all kings but the numbered hall can show an urgency of which king takes on a more suitable role for themselves. They all work together after all so there isn't really a rank of higher or lower, just different departments.

美國“台北法案”的通過進一步證明美國的“一中原則”已經空心化。台灣蔡英文當局的“仇中親美”和“以疫遏中”政策卻極易將台海局勢和島內民眾推入危險境地。美國想藉台灣蔡英文當局給中國大陸製造更多麻煩，消耗中國大陸的戰略與外交資源，從而在中美競爭中獲取更多優勢。

3月底，美國總統特朗普簽署了所謂的《2019年台灣盟邦國際保障與強化倡議法》（簡稱“台北法案”），使得本已不平靜的中美關係及台海局勢再添波瀾。

該法案內容主要有支持台灣鞏固所謂“邦交國”，支持台灣與其他國家發展非正式夥伴關係，支持台灣加入相關國際組織和加強美台之間的經貿聯繫等。

顯而易見，美國有意通過法案支持台灣擴大國際空間，進而增加���中美關係中打“台灣牌”的籌碼。然而，在新冠疫情全球大流行、國際和地區秩序進入劇烈動蕩的關鍵時刻，美國的如意算盤能否打得動？台灣又能從法案獲得什麼好處？

美國的“一中原則”已空心化

特朗普政府執政以來，通過了多個涉台法案，包括《台灣旅行法》、《亞洲再保障倡議法》、《國防授權法》、《台北法案》和正在等待立法程序的《台灣保證法案》。

除了密集出台涉台法案、升級美台“外交”互動外，美國還加大對台軍售力度和提高美軍艦穿越台灣海峽頻率等，其對台政策由“量變”到“質變”一步步演變。

而這次《台北法案》中不僅稱台灣為“國家”（nation），甚至在談及法案目的時，美國的某些議員聲稱“到了美國承認台灣是一個國家的時候了”。同時，這也是美國首次將台灣所謂的“外交關係”納入其國內法保障中。威脅對於嚴重損害台灣安全與繁榮的國家，可考慮調整美國與其交往的原則。法案的出台不僅給美國行政部門的對台“越界”行為提供了法律基礎，更是對美國干涉別國的外交政策提供法律依據。

值得注意的是，該法案在立法過程中，無論是在參議院還是眾議院幾乎都是以一種“一致同意”的方式通過，再次說明美國共和黨和民主黨在“以台製華”的對華策略上是高度一致的，且這種策略幾乎不會隨著美國選舉結果的變化而出現大的變動。不難看出，美國“一中原則”已嚴重空心化，未來美國還將繼續出台涉台法案，加強美台之間互動，支持台灣加入國際組織，以期最大程度地發揮台灣在中美全面戰略競爭中的“棋子”作用。

《台北法案》是美國現有對華政策的延伸，但新冠疫情的全球爆發正在加速改變國際格局，對美國的對台政策產生難以預測的影響。

然而，隨著新冠疫情在美國和全世界的大爆發，現有國際秩序正在加速改變。美國的全球軟實力已因在本次新冠疫情中的“不作為”和“推卸責任”而大受損失。美國的經濟也因疫情而受到嚴重衝擊。從瀕臨經濟大衰退，到全球產業鏈的破碎，美國主導的國際經濟秩序正加速解體，新一波的逆全球化在正在西方世界蔓延。經濟復興將是疫情過後各國內政外交的重中之重，而基於政治目的的“台灣牌”料難以獲得呼應和支持。

Summary:
