Creating a note in Unreal PT2

This is the new code, mainly inspired by a tutorial I found on YouTube. I had some home-brew code, but I saw that it was primitive and horrible so I changed it out for a more functional script. The overview is: clicking the note will change IsReading from false to true, which begins the PickupNote event and shows the note on your screen. From that, you can press X to activate PutDownNote, destroying the widget and putting you back in the game world. This doesn't solve the 'journal' issue, but it's a start.
