Guinea Pig Appreciation Post
My boyfriend and I adopted two puddles of fluff and our lives have been immeasurably enhanced by their love, cuddles, adorableness, and unquenchable lust for veggies and fresh hay.
These guinea pig sisters are named Peik Lin and Chu Chu (or Peiky and Chuch, for short), in honor of two awesome characters from the fabulous film Crazy Rich Asians.
On another note, my sister and I have both gone through some very serious health challenges over the past few years and one of the most major, life-changing improvements for our mental health has been getting our pets. She also has two guinea pigs, named after Wonder Woman and Amelia Earhart.
Guinea pigs are very cuddly, easy to take care of, and they make life exponentially better. (Also, if you’re allergic to cats and/or dogs, they are a wonderful choice.) Thank you, fluffy friends!
