✨ What our guests say: "The Taste of Tuscany excursion with Culinary Genes was a bucket list dream trip for me and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! My good friend Pat and I joined the group that went in late September this year to beautiful Tuscany and had the time of our lives!
I want to send a heartfelt shout out to Culinary Genes, LLC for the most amazing experience! Chef Pasqualina Raspaolo’s Taste of Tuscany Excursion is a world class experience for sure! Under her expert care we cooked, we learned, we tasted what Pasqualina and other extraordinary chefs created. We soaked in the beauty of the country, the history, the art, the people (especially Pasqualina's wonderful, warm and welcoming family), wine and the food. OMG! THE FOOD!! We went to amazingly beautiful cities, stepped in history, hunted for truffles, experienced the art of cheese making, pasta and pizza making and through all of this had an added bonus – we made great new friends too! In addition, her dedication to transforming traditional Italian cooking into gluten free goodness to accommodate some of the guests in the group with a light sensitivity was next level!
I can’t thank Pasqualina enough for working so hard to make this a truly transformative experience. Pasqualina and her team spare no details to make this excursion truly magical! I will do it all again in a heartbeat!
