STP-UPLB resident members along with their alumni joined the annual College of Human Ecology sports fest entitled ACHEAN 2017: SIGLO. The theme was based on the different marginalized sectors of our society, wherein our organization represented the farmers and proudly waved the banner of team “TALA”.

This year STP-UPLB belonged to the Red team together with UP OIKOS (OIKOS) and UP Family Development Society (FDSOC). Various ball games and philippine games were held during the event every friday and saturday which lasted about a month long March to April.

The Red team may not have won every game but together we were able to bring home the title of Over-all Champion winning Women’s Basketball, Men’s Volleyball, Ultimate Frisbee, Futsal, Patintero, Agawan Panyo, Sipa Ball, and Araw or Gabi.

STP-UPLB’s Mr. an Ms. ACHEAN representatives also grabbed the gold. They were declared as Best in Talent and with Althea Tagala crowned as Ms. ACHEan 2017 and Lolec Timbreza as 1st Runner-up.

As the ACHEAN ended we were able to forge friendships with our teammates, OIKOS and FDSOC, and at the same time strengthen the camaraderie not only within our organization but with various organizations stated in our college.

1. What was the name of the first person you ever had a crush on? Why did you like them? My first crush was Joven. Bago lang ako sa SALIS non tapos ewan ko, he caught my eye. Tahimik tapos he seemed nice. Hahahaha. He’s my first boyfriend.

2. What is one thing you regret having done or not done in your life? Siguro yung palagi akong nagpoprocrastinate at madalas akong maging mahiyain. Ang dami ko na sigurong naachieve kung di ako pinangungunahan ng katamaran o kahihiyan. Lol.

3. Which parent do you identify with the most? My mom. Lagi akong nasasabihang little Janice. Haha.

4. What do you think you cook or bake the best? Masarap ako magluto ng Adobo. Syempre, favorite food ko e. Hahahahaha.

5. If you could change your first name what would it be? I like my name. Lol. Siguro sana lang nadagdag yung Camille Raine. Hannah Camille Raine kasi dapat name ko.

6. Can you hula hoop? Yes. Hahaha.

7. What embarrasses you the most in front of other people? Siguro kapag lumalabas ako tapos di pa ako nakakaligo. Hahahaha. Although ang daming beses ko na yun nagawa. Pero k. HAHA.

8. Have you considered running for president? Sa council, oo. Also, pinangarap ko rin maging pangulo. Pero nah. We know better than that. Jk. Tsaka ang bigat na responsibilidad nun. Di ko kaya.

9. If you had to choose one thing you were most passionate about, what would it be and why? Performing arts. Anything about it. Singing, dancing, acting. Gawain ko yan dati pero wala, tinalikuran ko na. Namimiss ko na. Hay. Hahahaha.

10. Who are you most envious of—real or fictional—and why? Real: Jennie Kim. She has all the things I wanna have. Lol. Fictionial: Adaline Bowman. Not that I envy her, gusto ko lang maexperience yung naging buhay niya. Hehe.

11. Where is the most beautiful place on earth and why? Maling iniisip ko to, pero sa arms niya. Pero anyway. Siguro museums. Tahimik. Full of art. Also, malamig. Hahaha.

12. Are ghosts real? Well, I’m scared of ghosts so sana hindi.

13. Are aliens real? Probably.

14. How old is the most expired item in your fridge? Hmm. A few days old lang naman.

15. What are your favorite style of shirt? Cotton. V-neck. Plain.

16. What’s the saddest song you’ve ever heard? Youth - Daughter

17. How about the sweetest song? Over and Over Again - Nathan Sykes

18. Do you know how to play dominoes? We used to play it at home, ewan ko lang kung tanda ko pa. Hahaha.

19. What’s under your bed? My shoes and old clothes.

20. Have you ever prank called someone? Yes. I pretended to be their Lola. Hahahahaha.

21. 100 kittens or 3 baby sloths? OMG THAT’S SO DIFFICULT. But hey, baby sloths na lang para maiba naman. Haha.

22. Are you proud of what you’re doing with your heart and time right now? Honestly, yes. I’ve never been this proud of myself.

24. How many bones have you broken? One. Horrible skating experience.

25. Have you ever won anything? Big or small? Small things. Like bags, clothes, etc. Haha.

26. If you could buy one material thing, and money was not an issue, what would it be? A car. Damn, I want a car so bad.

27. What’s your favorite movie from your childhood? Disney Pixar’s Up! My all time favorite childhood movie. I know all the lines! Try me.

28. What food will you absolutely not, under any circumstances, eat? Milktea. Although it’s a beverage. Pero no, di ako iinom ng milktea ever. Sa food, bagoong.

29. What’s the best way to comfort you when you’re having a really terrible day? A hug while you caress my hair.

30. Has anything/anyone every saved your life before? Yes. Hindi ako magaling sa pagtawid. Hehe. Twice nang nangyari na muntik ako masagasaan pero hinila lang ako ng mga kasama ko.

31. Would you ever adopt a child? Yes!

32. What is one thing you’re embarrassed to admit you want to try? This is totally embarrassing... I wanna go rob a clothing store. HAHAHA.

33. If you were a cake which cake would you be? Red Velvet. Pula. Palaban. Pero soft inside. HAHA.

34. What is the most important material possession you have and why? MY CLOTHES. Beri beri important ang clothes ko for me.

35. What is the most important memory you have and why? Him. All of our memories. Di ko na kailangan sabihin bakit. Hahaha.
