Day 26 of the internship.
It was the birthday of Shri Indramani Badoni ji, and was celebrated as the "Lok Sanskriti Divas" in all the schools, mostly government bcz pvt schools were busy in Christmas celebration.
Got a duty in the pre-boards, first, in the morning shift and had a heated duty there. Don't know if the problem is with the students or we are unable to identify the required reaction till date. Whatever it be, the experience will teach us, and then too, everything.
Then had a few programs at the function. Got a chance to participate in a few as well. Also got to learn a lot from the senior teachers at the schools. I usually spend a few minutes with any of the teachers to know their experience and to know the profession (of teaching) in depth.
Then had a small Momos treat with the fellow teachers and I will now share a few moments here as well. Already a lot is posted on WhatsApp and Instagram.
Here are a few pictures.
Since Tumblr allows a single video in a post so will be unable to post the same, but will upload them in Cloud.

Today We Remember Swami SantSevi Ji Maharaj - Light and Sound on the Path (Sant Mat)
On June 4th 2007 Shri Santseviji Maharaj left his earthly body around 10:00 PM India Time.
Santsevi Ji Maharaj (1920-2007)
Santsevi Ji Maharaj carried on the tradition in the Bhagalpur Ashram after the passing the the Great Sage Maharishi Mehi in 1986.  He is most certainly an accomplished adept whose wisdom and compassion was known by all who knew him. Santsevi Ji met his teacher Maharishi Mehi in 1939. Santsevi Ji served his teacher with devotion and service rarely seen. Although, Santsevi Ji attended school only to the 7th grade his intellect is remarkable. On behalf of and at the direction of Maharishi Mehi he wrote prolifically and profoundly.  He freely cited quotes from a great number of scriptures and sages. His quarters largely lacked books which begged the question: from what source do these quotes come? The quotes are often extremely detailed and extremely varied.  His spoken Hindi was lucid, scholarly yet clear and easily understandable. Santsevi Ji’s greatness was only eclipsed by his humility. He was a living embodiment of what he taught and while traveling extensively on teaching tours he maintained a discipline which included ample time for meditation and other spiritual duties.
Santsevi Ji refused numerous invitations to come and teach in the West. However, he expressed his wish that Santmat be taught by his representatives. Santsevi Ji says:
“By seeking the path within, one will go beyond the sensory realm…and will attain the state of oneness.”
“The past is passed, we have no control over it. Only the present is with us; the future is unknown.
"Take care of the present, the future will automatically will be favorably formed. Today’s seed is tomorrow’s fruit.”
“As a tiger cub does not feel frightened while sitting in her mother’s lap even if she sees the crowd of elephants. In the same manner, if we sit in the lap of all loving God, no fear can touch us.”
“The sun gives brilliance during the day; the moon lights the night. However, a true Teacher illuminates the heart of his pupil day and night.” (2007)

Comparison of Education Budgets 2023 and 2024.
The increase in the education sector's budget from 2023-24 to 2024-25 in India represents a purposeful governmental plan targeted at strengthening the foundation and quality of education across the country. Budget allocations under Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman have demonstrated a commitment to strengthening educational infrastructure, increasing accessibility, and fostering an environment of innovation and excellence. This comparison article delves into the intricacies of both fiscal years' budgets, illuminating variations in priorities, allocations, and the ramifications for India's educational future.
Tumblr media
Introduction to Education Budget Allocations
Fiscal Year 2023-24 Highlights:
The Department of School Education and Literacy received a significant boost, with allocations rising to ₹68,805 crore, marking a 15.6% increase.
Higher Education saw an 8% increase, with ₹44,094 crore allocated.
Notable initiatives included the PM-SHRI plan, with ₹4,000 crore earmarked to transform over 14,500 schools, and the establishment of the National Research Foundation with a ₹2,000 crore allocation.
Fiscal Year 2024-25 Highlights:
The Department of School Education and Literacy's budget rose further to ₹73,008.10 crore.
Higher Education's budget also increased to ₹47,619.77 crore.
The PM SHRI initiative received a higher allocation of ₹6,050 crore, indicating an enhanced focus on exemplary school education.
Comparative Analysis of Budgetary Allocations
Increased Funding for Education:
Both years saw substantial increases in allocations, with the 2024-25 budget continuing the upward trend. The total education ministry budget stood at ₹1,20,627.87 crore, up from the previous year's ₹1,12,898.97 crore.
Emphasis on School Education:
The continued increase in the budget for the Department of School Education and Literacy underscores a strategic focus on strengthening school infrastructure and learning outcomes.
Higher Education and Research:
Higher Education received a boost in both years, reflecting a commitment to elevating academic standards and fostering research. However, the Education budget of 2024-25 does not specifically mention new allocations for creating IITs or leading institutions, as was the case with the MERITE initiative in 2023-24.
Innovative Initiatives and Program Funding:
The PM SHRI schools initiative received increased funding in 2024-25, highlighting a focused effort to enhance the quality of school education.
The National Research Foundation's establishment in 2023-24 with a ₹2,000 crore allocation marked a significant step towards promoting R&D, although specific allocations for NRF in 2024-25 were not detailed.
Policy Implications and Sectoral Impact
Shifting Priorities and New Directions:
The budgets for both years reflect a shift towards modernizing education through technology, research, and innovation, albeit with different focal points each year.
The emphasis on PM SHRI schools in 2024-25 suggests a move towards creating model institutions as beacons of educational excellence.
Concerns and Opportunities:
While the increase in budget allocations is promising, the education sector's funding as a percentage of GDP remains a concern, hovering around 2.9% in 2023-24, with a long-term goal of reaching 6% as per the National Education Policy.
The focus on specific initiatives like PM SHRI and PM POSHAN in 2024-25 demonstrates a holistic approach to education, addressing both academic and nutritional needs.
Conclusion: A Forward-Looking Agenda
The budgets for 2023-24 and 2024-25 represent India's ambitious goal for the education sector. By gradually increasing appropriations and carefully focusing on sectors such as school infrastructure, higher education, research, and nutrition, the government is establishing a solid basis for a future-ready education system. These budgets clearly indicate a commitment to prioritizing education as a crucial engine of national development, with the goal of ensuring that every student has access to a high-quality learning environment and is prepared to contribute to India's worldwide advancement. The task ahead is to effectively implement these measures and ensure that greater allocations result in demonstrable gains across the educational landscape.

Child become scapegoat in Parent’s fight
Shri Rakesh Chandra Saha & 2 others v. Smt. Puja Dey Saha
Crl. Misc. Case 22/2023 Before High Court of Tripura at Agartala
Disposed of By High Court of Tripura at Agartala on 12.10.2023
By the Bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice T. Amarnath Goud
Facts:
Petitioner/ Rakesh Chandra Saha and Respondent/ Smt. Puja Dey Saha married on 09.08.2015 and a daughter Padmakshi was born on 23.10.2017Both the husband and wife stayed in Udaipur-Tripura.
Respondent, on 27.05.2022 without intimating anything to anybody, left the matrimonial house at about 8.30 P.M leaving behind sleeping minor daughter, aged about 4 and half years.
When petitioners came to know he searched to all known places and without finding her approached police Station and lodged missing complaint on 27.05.2022.
Missing News was also got published in all leading Newspaper of Tripura.
On 06.06.2022 Respondent was recovered & at police station informed the petitioner that she neither wanted to go with him nor with her parents & made a declaration before the Officer In charge of R. K. Pur Police Station that she had left the house voluntarily and she does not want to go back with the petitioners and will never ask for the custody of the minor.
She left the PS with another person informing police that she will divorce the petitioner by mutual consent.
On 23-09-2022, the respondent filed a case against the petitioners under Domestic Violence Act, claiming temporary custody of the minor daughter.
Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC)passed exparte allowed her custody petition on 27.09.2022.
When petitioner came to know of the order, he appeared before the court on 29.09.2022 & submitted his detailed objection narrating the whole sequence of events.
The JMFC heard the matter and recalled its interim custody order to the Respondent on 30.09.2022 and instead asked her to seek visitation right.
Aggrieved with the order dt. 30.09.2022 Respondent filed Appeal & Appellate Court allowed the Appeal on 01.09.2023 setting aside the order dt 30.09.2022.
Accordingly temporary custody and visitation right on every alternate day from Monday to Saturday between 8 AM to 8 PM was granted.
Aggrieved with the order of the Appellate Court, Petitioner – Rakesh Chandra filed Criminal Petition before the High Court.
Submission of the Counsel of the Petitioner
The order dt. 01.09.2023 was passed without considering Detailed objection of the father.
Appellate Court considered the welfare of the child but failed to explain as to how welfare of the child would be preserved by an unemployed mother more so a mother who had left the 4-year-old sleeping child at night.
Liberty was given to the Respondent vide the order of the JMFC dt. 30.09. to seek the visitation right with proper leave of the court but she chooses to Appeal & demanding custody is only crocodile tears.
The minor daughter is studying in an English medium school namely Brilliant Star School in KG-II standard class and is taken care of by the petitioners and her every expense is also borne by the petitioners.
Giving custody to the unemployed respondent would result in an unhealthy lifestyle of the minor child.
Submission of the Counsel of the Respondent
The Court below also failed to consider that the petitioner is guilty of causing disobedience ard of the order dated 27.09.2022 as such petitioners are not entitled to get custody of minor daughter.
The child is a female and mother is the best caregiver in case of female child who would be deprived of love & affection of her mother.
Order dated 30.09.2022 has been rightly passed after taking into consideration all the materials on record
Observation of the Court
Divorce and custody battles can become quagmire and it is heart wrenching to see that the innocent child is the ultimate sufferer who gets caught up in the legal and psychological battle between the parents.
The eventful agreement about custody may often be a reflection of the parents’ interests, rather than the child’s.
This Court is aware of the fact that when two parents are at war with each other it is impossible to provide a completely peaceful environment to the child.
The court has to decide what is in the best interest of the child after weighing all the pros and cons of both the respective parents who claim custody of the child.
Obviously, any such order of custody cannot give a perfect environment to the child because that perfect environment would only be available if both the parents put the interest of the child above their own differences.
Even if parents separate, they may reach an arrangement where the child can live in an environment which is reasonably conducive to her/his development.
It is very surprising to believe the version of the mother that on one hand she says that she is having more concerned towards the welfare of the child and trying to keep away the child from the father and on the other hand and she is willing to continue the sharing of the child custody.
Overnight custody must be encouraged wherever possible and mere meeting and spending time with the parent for couple of hours in court premises, hotel, theatre, Mall, park etc., under the supervision of other parent or relative will not serve any purpose of visitation as the child will be under psychological pressure and will not be comfortable.
No parents can be a guest in the life of the child. It is not just and proper to allow the parents in the time of visitation for couple of hours to see the child in an alone place as a guest visitor.
Their matrimonial and other cases are pending in the concerned Courts and both the mother and father are making allegation and counter allegation against each other and this Court is not inclined to enter into the said controversy since, that is not the subject matter before this Court.
Order of the Court
Thus, the custody of the child should be with both the parents and accordingly,
Monday, Thursday and Friday will be with the father since the child is attending the school including night stay
Saturday after school and Sunday, the custody will be with the mother since the mother is staying at Agartala at her parental home. Mother will pick up the child and drop at residence of the petitioner without affecting the school timings
On all holidays they share their times equally and on vacation also to be shared equally by both the parents
On birthday of the child, morning to evening 4.00 O’clock the child will be with one parent and after 4.00 O’clock the child will celebrate her birthday with the other parent. In the event, if both the parents wish to celebrate birthday of the child together at a time and at a place as per her wish, they are at liberty to do so.
The father shall bear the education and medical expenses of the child and shall take care.
The present criminal petition was disposed of and the order(s) passed by the learned Court below is modified as indicated above.

NCERT Module Attributes Chandrayaan-3 Success to PM Narendra Modi
PM Modi’s Role in Chandrayaan-3 Success Controversy
This is stated in an interactive module for kindergarteners and students in Classes I and II that was created by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and made available by the Modi administration on Tuesday. According to a number of space specialists, the phrase suggests that the Prime Minister’s encouragement made the Chandrayaan-3 mission possible, which goes against Isro’s history of persevering through failure.
The NCERT, which creates school textbooks, has released the Chandrayaan mission special supplementary reading modules for kids in the foundation, preparatory, middle, secondary, and senior secondary sections. The Indian Space Research Organization (Isro) head, S.P. Somanath, was present when education minister Dharmendra Pradhan released them during a function.
Tumblr media
The foundation stage module is an interactive document in which the teacher introduces the students about Chandrayaan and starts a conversation with them.
According to a secondary stage module, Modi played a pivotal part in the triumph of Chandrayaan-3.That’s what it expresses “Hon’ble Head of the state Shri Narendra Modi’s administration assumed a urgent part in Chandrayaan-3’s victory and handled our nation’s name on the outer layer of the moon.”
According to an unnamed space analyst, the letter gave the false impression that the third Moon trip may happen because of the Prime Minister and was inconsistent with Isro’s past performance.
ISRO’s History and Indian Mythology in Education
He asserted that the 1979 Isro Satellite Launch Vehicle had not succeeded. However, the agency made a successful second attempt the following year. The Isro Augmented Satellite Launch Vehicle was launched successfully in 1994 after failing twice in 1987 and 1988. In 1993, Isro’s Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle was unsuccessfully launched; nevertheless, it was successful in its subsequent try the following year.
“Isro never gave up, despite dissatisfaction. Nonetheless, it shows up from the material in the NCERT module that Chandrayaan-3 was just sent off in light of the fact that the State leader requested the researchers to give it another go.This might not be comparable to Isro’s history,” the space specialist remarked.
Images of Chandrayaan-3 on the Moon’s surface, the Prime Minister participating in the live broadcast of the launch, and his later interactions with scientists at the Isro headquarters in Bangalore are all shown in the module.
A different program aimed for middle school students aims to educate them on Indian mythology and physics along with traditional space knowledge.
“Has logical advancement as of late occurred?..Writing tells us that it might be finished back Vymaanika Shastra: ‘ Investigation of Flight’, which uncovers that our country had the information on flying vehicles in nowadays,”the module says, adding: “This book has mind boggling details of construction, working of engines and gyroscopic system.”
The module proceeds, “The most seasoned Indian texts, the Vedas, recount divine beings being conveyed about on wheeled chariots drawn by creatures, generally ponies, yet these chariots could likewise fly.”
