walking back up to the top floor with vyncent is. well. it definitely is. and saying you walked up it is a lie, because with your intangibility back under control you can just float up, but still. the journey up is strange. mostly just on your end, because you almost kissed vyncent and he doesn't even know, and that's definitely weighing on you.

but also- if it was dakota's isea anyway, why not jump out himself? you know he has a history with heights, sure, but... does he not think you care about him just as much as vyncent?

you stew in that while you make your way back up, vyncent knocking into you every couple flights as if to just remind bith of you that you're still here. and when you get up --
