An Indigo Girls Song for Every Romance
Welcome to Becky's late-night self-indulgent character-related Tumblr posting! The Indigo Girls is one of my all-time favourite groups, and they have written so many wonderful songs about the amazing, messy thing called love (love of many kinds, but we're focused on the romantic variety here).
So I'm finding an Indigo Girls song for every romance in Made Marion. (This is the love interests in relation to Marion.) With the particularly pertinent lyrics below it.

220914 Exclusive interview before Sergeant Park Chanyeol from EXO is discharged
Sergeant Park Chanyeol, a member of K-Pop's representative group EXO, looked back on his military service ahead of his discharge. This is the first time that he gave an interview in front of the camera with the media since he enlisted.
EXO, an idol group that has become an icon of K-Pop, with their countless hits in the past decade since debut. They are so popular that they were the first among artists who debuted in the 21st century to have a cumulative sales of 10 million copies.
EXO Chanyeol enlisted in March last year to fulfill his military service. Sgt. Park Chanyeol, who is said to have grown up a step further by performing different missions during his military service, stood in front of the camera for an interview, ahead of his discharge on the 28th.
"White Horse! Hello! This is Sgt. Park Chanyeol, serving in the Military's 9th Division!... (I'm about to be discharged from the military service) I'm a bit excited, and also a bit sad. I think the term 'bittersweet' describes it best."
Sgt. Park is serving in the Military's 9th Division where his grandfather served in the past. His grandfather is a Korean War & Vietnam War veteran & was awarded 3 times.
"I strongly felt that my grandfather led me to the 9th Division. As I was serving in the military myself, I am reminded of his words before. In particular, I can still vividly remember the story that he still has pieces of an (exploded) grenade on his right arm."
Sgt. Park has been casted as Laman in the Military Musical 'A Song of Meissa'. He performed on stage more than 150 times to convey cultural & artistic values to the soldiers.
"I spent each day as Laman (for a long time), so it's a bit sad to think that it's over. But on the other hand, I am very thankful that I was given the opportunity to show the people a good performance, in a field that I can do well, in the name of the military."
For Sgt. Park, it was a big turning point in his life.
"I learned a lot in the military. Through my military service, I gained a lot of experiences, so it makes me wonder if I could use those experiences I had in other areas, such as music, to be able to express myself better in various ways as an artist."
Sgt. Park Chanyeol, who is only one step away from getting discharged, left a message of gratitude & support to soliders and EXO fans around the world.
"To all the soldiers all over our country, who are protecting the Republic of Korea, always with a bright disposition, I hope that you will stay in good health until the end of your service. With the same heart, I will always be rooting for you.
"First of all, the past year & a half that passed by can be considered long or short. I really want to thank all of our EXO-L who waited during this time. I'll soon finish my military service and will be back. As always, I will come back to you with good music and will show you all an even better side of myself. Thank you for waiting, I love you!"
Sgt. Park will return to his group EXO after getting discharged & will continue to take on new steps to elevate the status of the Republic of Korea.

i just finished the demo & got so caught up in the whole plot i kinda forgot this is an otome until the option to choose came up. then i got to the scene with alanna's performance and actually sat there listening to the whole song. in meissa's house i think there's something with the piano (i'm not a music knower) and same with that. the art and all of the character design and marion's personality rocks it was insanely immersive i love it
Thank you so much! I’m hoping to make the route plots pretty interesting in themselves so everybody gets lots of story along with their smooches. :D
