After their respective classes, Sprout and Darden meet up at Manzanita Terrace - the local hotspot for San Sequoia's college students (and regular townies). During the day students come there to study and enjoy some boba and during the evening they come there to dance and drink.

These neighboring historic townhouses lie at the center of all of Anchorpoint Wharf's action. They are poised in a way that highlights the true duality of the Wharf: the calm, serenity of a lovely ocean view and the bustle of its historic downtown area. Best of all, public transit is readily accessible and the library is right across the way, so whoever lives here can stop by and pick up a good book anytime!
Coming back at you guys with yet another residential lot!! This time I made townhouses in different styles! I thought the contrast of the homes - one renovated with modern finishes and one pretty much preserved in its original state - would be more visually interesting. I built them in San Sequoia on the 30x20 Manzanita Terrace lot! Also, they both have basements which I did not take a picture of (they're completely empty so not interesting anyway lol). I left the interior undecorated so you can decorate it to your own needs!

Greetings fellow Simmer's and welcome to TCee's World! Today, we embark on a journey through San Sequoia for my Family Playstyle Save File.
San Sequoia, once a humble fishing village, burgeoned into a bustling center of the fishing and canning trade under the entrepreneurial spirit of local fisherman-turned-mogul, Bayani Robles. Even as the town expanded, the Robles family's influence endured, aided by the contributions of Gilbert Gilberts. Presently, San Sequoia exudes charm with its quaint streets, serene parklands, and peaceful suburban enclaves—a quintessential setting for nurturing a family.
Our initial destination within San Sequoia is the idyllic neighborhood of Hopewell Hills. Nestled away from the urban clamor, Hopewell Hills offers ample space, catering to those who cherish tranquility amidst suburban bliss. Here, four delightful residences beckon: the grandeur of 7 Eucalyptus Lane and the coziness of 23 Eucalyptus Lane, 36 Bayani Place, and Sequoia Cottage. Each home boasts proximity to fishing spots and pocket parks, enhancing the neighborhood's allure.
Venturing onward, we arrive at Anchorpoint Wharf, once the epicenter of maritime industry, now a lively downtown district adorned with a cinema, pocket parks, and more. Two exquisite waterfront abodes, Robles Point and the maritime-themed Manzanita Terrace, grace this area. Meanwhile, Anchorpoint Library invites you to indulge in literary pursuits or engage in a strategic game of chess, complemented by healthy fare from The Health Food Hut.
Our final destination leads us to Gilbert Gardens, where verdant landscapes once owned by the visionary Gilbert Gilberts now offer an enchanting backdrop for family outings. “Something wrong?”
He sighed. “It’s nothing, cupcake. Let’s get back to sleep?”
“Something’s wrong. Tell me.”
Jason sighed.
“I’ve been thinking,” Jason started. “When we’ve retired – and by that time the boys and Sid had graduated already – I want to open a food stand outside our home. I think it’s a great time because it wouldn’t be heavy with our expenses.”
“After you retire?” Sophia raised a brow.
“Yes…?”
“Why not right after Louie and Sid graduates?” Sophia suggested. “And skip the kiosk, why not open a restaurant? Mason would be graduating from college by that time, he could help around, if he’s able to. You don’t have to wait until we retire, darling. If you really want that to happen, as soon as the older kids graduate you can quit early, and we’ll get that restaurant. I’ll have to keep working though, because I know the first few years would be hell when it comes to money but after easing up, I’ll quit, and I’ll join you!”
He stared at her, as if she said something blasphemous. Sighing, he leaning on his elbow, his wife copying him.
“Are you sure, Sophia? Cupcake, this is a hard decision. Are you sure? You’ve done a lot for me, ever since we got engaged. Are you sure?”
“Are you sure?” Sophia raised a brow.
“Yes I am.”
“Then it’s settled.” Sophia smirked. “It’s not just me doing a lot, darling. You’ve been a great husband and father, Jason. You deserve it.”
He bit his lip. He sat straight, and he pulled her to him.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you,” Jason whispered.
“So, where are we opening that restaurant?”
“Near somewhere in the neighborhood. Maybe…maybe Manzanita Terrace? Sid’s old house. Technically she sold it, but I still wanted to ask for her permission.”
Sophia nodded.
“But if that’s not okay with her, we’ll have to look elsewhere. But I want it to be in San Sequoia.”
Sophia kissed him. “I’ll help you look.”

Isla Fraser - Creative Genius
Isla Fraser, a young child, cherishes two things in her life: her Dad and her Music. In their cosy home, she focuses on living her life, playing, singing, and developing her natural musical talent. Isla, a playful goofball, is happy when she’s making people laugh, especially her dad, Grant.
Living at no 3 Manzanita Terrace, she has gotten to know her neighbours and has developed a strong friendship with Daisy who has been teaching her all about plants and nature and is so fun to be with. Isla has never not liked someone before but their other neighbour Gia, is fast becoming the first person that she dislikes. She’s always putting Daisy down and she thinks she so important and better than other people. Gia sneers at her when she thinks Ila’s Dad isn’t looking and is always trying to force her way in when Grant, Isla and Daisy are hanging out together. She’s tried to take an interest in Gia and make friends with her but Gia just doesn’t want to know and only wants to spend time with her dad.

Thrift & Bubble Tea Store [Warning: VERY Pack Heavy!]
As soon as I saw San Sequoia I really wanted to make a little shopping center for the downtown area. There’s a little fashion boutique, and a music store, with a food court in the middle :)
This is definitely one of the builds I’m proudest of so far, I love how this turned out!
