Thrilling, sad, and fast-paced ending to the overarching storyline of the Kincaid Pack Series. It was gripping and hooked you from the beginning. The lead up from the previous books cliffhanger is just the start. With all the tense moments, hints and twists, it kept me on the edge of my seat at times. The world Kiki has built is huge and powerful, and I can see so many more stories to come!! I felt like this book had a different approach in that it was "written" with different perspectives with moments from Rick and Kai and not just Doc/Carter and Damien which are the "main" couple of this book. I liked that we got more from Rick and Kai and things came full circle but oh what a journey!!! There were a couple of "things" left open that I'm really looking forward to seeing what Kiki plans for then. I love the Kincaid Pack Series and look forward to many more stories in this supernatural world!! ⁠
