‘MBC Drama Awards’ Yook Sung-jae won the Grand Prize

At the '2022 MBC Drama Awards', which was broadcast live on the 30th, the main actors who made this year's dramas come together to have a festive time to sum up the MBC drama.

On this day, Lee Jun-ho, the winner of the previous year, went on stage to present the ‘Best Acting Award’. Nominees for the ‘Best Actor Award’ in the male mini-series category were Lee Jong-suk from ‘Big Mouth’, Park Hae-jin from ‘Showtime From Now!’, Si-wan Si-wan from ‘Tracer’, So Ji-sub from ‘Doctor Royer’, and Yook Sung-jae from ‘Golden Spoon’.

Lee Jun-ho named Yook Sung-jae as the main character for the ‘Best Actor Award’. Yook Sung-jae, who came on stage, said, “I will come after feeling this trembling and joy,” saying that his heart was beating so fast. He continued, “My hair is going white. I sincerely thank all the ‘Golden Spoon’ teams who allowed me to receive this award.”

I’ve read pretty much every book there is on The King, and there were anecdotes in here that were news to me.  If you are even slightly interested in the man and his work, then you should check it out.
