Homra has an advantage with Kingbook, in that they actually want their King to friend them XD Imagine Totsuka finding out about this from Munakata and he thinks it would be fun, he probably even makes a little Homra group for planning beach trips and such. Mikoto obviously has no interest in setting up any kind of profile so Totsuka helpfully takes care of that for him (I imagine Totsuka asking permission by just tossing in a ‘hey, can I make your profile for you’ while Mikoto’s half asleep and taking Mikoto’s ‘whatever’ shrug as an enthusiastic yes). 

Except of course since Mikoto doesn’t even look at his profile this causes something of a complex in his clansmen, imagine Yata giving Mikoto these sad puppy looks and finally Totsuka asks him what’s wrong. Yata tries to play it off like he’s not really upset but…he sent Mikoto-san a friend request nearly a week ago and Mikoto didn’t respond, is he mad at Yata did Yata do something wrong. Totsuka assures him that it’s fine, King is just slow. Totsuka promptly pulls up Mikoto’s profile and sees that basically the entire clan has tried to friend Mikoto and Totsuka sighs, pulling a face as he settles down to approve each and every one of these requests so that no one has a nervous breakdown.

After this I kinda imagine Totsuka as official handler of Mikoto’s Kingbook profile he decides wouldn’t it be fun to use his powers for evil sometimes, just to keep everyone on their toes. Like imagine him playing with Mikoto’s relationship status, putting ‘it’s complicated’ and the whole clan is worrying about it for a good week, like is Mikoto-san dating someone or did he have a breakup or is the Blue King behind this. Kusanagi is the only one aware that Totsuka’s doing this and has to remind him to stop playing with the clansmen, like please don’t leave a comment about ‘trimming the friends list,’ I’m tired of everyone coming into my bar trying to suck up to Mikoto so he won’t unfriend them.
