Feeling pity for the seemingly depressed troll, who was also a mutant blood, he allowed the candy blood to ride in the cab of the operating engine, where Ringoo would stay. [They were Kismesis’ btw]

His quirk and general appearance is in reference too Ringo Starr’s role as the narrator in the early Thomas and Friends seasons, reading out his actions and words as if he was reading a book or a script. He slightly changes it when interacting with his descendant Kiddry, acting as his lusus, Thomas. ”Peep peep! Good morning, Kiddry!” — Thomas puffed cheekily.
