Ok so I thought we were all in agreement that the third was the worst Hokage??

Like he literally left baby Naruto to live on his own and went on to forbid ever telling him about the nine-tails incident, so he didn't even know why people hated him. Also, I'm not even sure all of them (the civilians mostly) knew what really happened that night since they all called him "the demon fox" and whatnot, but Hiruzen did nothing about that even when Minato wanted Naruto to be recognised as a hero. (Although Hiruzen doesn't take all the blame, Kakashi & Jiraiya didn't do shit either)

Also, he basically let Danzo do all the things he did without consequences? For instance: the uchiha clan massacre. No matter what some of yall say, it could have been avoided.

How so? Well, first, they started to feel more rejected by/suspicious of the village because they were pushed out in one corner of the village after the kyuubi's attack and were being watched by Anbus 24/7. That was after they were given the orders not to engage in the fight against the kyuubi.(which made them look suspicious in the eyes of the village cuz they didn't do asscrack). Who proposed that? Danzo and the council. And who let it happen? You guessed it, sarutobi. Yeah, sure, he was against it, but he is the Hokage. He is the one making the big decision in the end. (Tsunade literally showed that when she was the hokage)

Even after, it could still have been avoided if they talked to the Uchiha or Fugaku (the clan head) about everything and came to an agreement. Asking for their terms would show his willingness to right the wrongs against them and they surely would've been able to negotiate. Like, I know the uchihas were mad, but they're not stupid, and none of them wanted a full-blown war. They were just pushed into it because they didn't see any other option. If the talking didn't do anything, there was still Shisui. His plan would've worked, maybe not permanently, but it still would've bought them some time to think about a long-term solution. But Danzo killed him, so yeah.

ALSO DANZO LITERALLY TRIED TO KILL HIM??????

All to say that he was a bad Hokage because he repeatedly made the worst decisions, and I'm just saying that if any other hokage was in his position, they would've done better.

Yes of course! I actually thought about writing a special review about my favorite characters : D guess it's the time to do it haha! I need to think about it though...

I have a top 3 for female characters that is like super classical, and Tbh I don't know what order to give them but here are my favorite female characters: Akane Tsunemori (psychopass), Shiki Ryougi (Kara no kyoukai), and Boa Hangkok (One piece).

For male characters, it's more complicated but I would go with a top 3 like that: L (death note), Kayden Break (Eleceed), and Itachi Uchiha (Naruto)

As for why I like them ~

Tsunemori Akane: she's in my opinion one of the most interesting and anti stereotypes female characters in animes. She's smart and has a sense of righteousness that makes her always question things to the core. She's determined and strong-willed but also sympathetic. One of the most important traits of her personality for me is that she accepts her own weaknesses and others', which makes her accept failure. She's a complex character that is never losing herself in achieving her goals, and that's something I really like in main characters. Her intelligence and sense of justice is her strength, and the way she embodies them with calm and determination makes her impressive. You respect her for who she is, a woman whom you can't step on easily to climb up.

Ryougi Shiki is more like your classical badass anime girl but her background with mental illness gives her a depth and darkness that makes her unique. My favorite characters are katana fighters so I know I'm not being objective here xD but fr she's like a straight-up dark badass and I'm all for it! Also, the duo she makes with Kokuto is the perfect balance for this anime, and certainly makes her own character so highlited in the anime. This apart, I also like her way to consider life, her approach to life and death, and the way she deals with emotions as if she was a sharpened knife makes her so different and interesting. If you want to describe creepy darkness with a character, then Shiki is your girl!

Boa Hancok, I love her for her incredible and unique feminine side. She that kind of woman. Sexy and strong, assuming her sexual desire, she impresses you and make you shy straight up if you're not prepared for it ! This powerful decomplexion of women sexuality is something I have never seen anywhere in animés ! And I think it is more than needed. The way she feels her emotions so passionately and her love too with no taboo makes me feel the freedom of being a woman that I would like to embody everyday... And again, that's still so rare. So yeah, I'm her first fan xD

I think overall through those 3 characters, you find a different approach to feminity with each, yet you will not find the things that I hate the most in female characters. They are interesting and strong in many different ways, and also their approaches to love and relationships are extremely interesting and most important, it isn't what defines them! So yes, without hesitation, they are for me the best female anime characters.

L: I'm sorry, I read all the Sherlock Holmes books a dozen times when I was young and am still reading them, so yes, a mind-blowing detective with a huge dose of weirdness is kind of my favorite... Though I want to underline that I do like L for his humanity. If there is someone who you can say they know what is the real weight of being a human being, that would be him. I am convinced that clairvoyance is more of a burden than a gift, and he is the definition of clairvoyance. Being able to see things through so easily is not only mind-blowing but tells a lot about his ability to read human beings. This also means he has a really really good observation skill and can translate it to human comprehension, which is actually his real talent. The way he's always suspected Light since the beginning shows how developed this skill is. So yes, L might seem unrealistic a character, I also think having such a character under the spotlight and people realizing that some human beings can actually think like that is also a good thing to be aware of subjects like autism (theory on L that he could be an Asperger...)

Kayden Break: I am sorry. I have nothing to say. He's just badass, strong, powerful, sexy... I just can't help but like him xD please forgive me for that straight hetero simping on a webtoon character T.T he's still a very good character though. I like his personality, his background, and his ability to laugh as much as he can be angry and beat up strong bad guys. He's a typical shonen character but he's really well built. His relationship with Jiwoo is one of my favorites btw, their duo is also very very good. You feel how much they care about each other and this is something needed. I also like master-apprentice relationships in stories so yeah, not objective at all, I just like him xD

Finishing on Itachi is the best way to end this review I believe. Itachi is one of the first anime characters that mind-blowing me. Again, full pacifist characters who can do anything to reach their actual final goal is the kind of character I like. Itachi believes in peace. And he will do anything to make it happen. He has his own way of considering things and doesn't wave when others are confronting him, even if they are his own family. This dedication to this goal anyone would look down on is something that I worship, and so far I haven't found a character that was able to embody this longing for peace better than him. I don't see the fact that Sasuke developed in such a bad way as a failure. Even in his death, he continued his fight, accepting his own failures too. I could write a book on Itachi ngl but I will stop there haha. I also know that adding him in my top 3 is kinda cliche, I am sorry for that but I don't think popular characters should be looked down on because of how popular they are. Itachi has all my respect!
