Incubux #6 (headcannon/mini-comic)

Headcannon:

"Both Incubux and PJ like to fight in a friendly way as entertaiment, with the occasional joke or challenge, wich they take as a joke but they pretend to be serious to make it look cool.

Something that their parents allow as long as they don't get hurt and don't get their everyday clothes dirty (Nightmare condition)

Incubux adored in childhood when fathers took him in their arms. He spread his arms to the sides, imitating an airplane, and parodied the sound of a propeller. Cross did it in a simple way, he lifted him up to his outstretched arms and slightly tossed him up. When Incubux asked Nightmare about this, he, without being distracted from his work, materialized tentacles and raised his son with them. He tossed, twisted in different directions, and then caught him close to the floor. Incubux glowed with happiness at such moments and laughed loudly. Well, it’s not difficult for Nightmare, the main thing is that his child is happy.

When Cross saw his husband playing with their son, he almost had a heart attack, Incubux was doing such crazy somersaults in the air. He scolded them both, forbidding them to do so, but they still continued to play like this in secret, so as not to disturb the overly nervous dad.

Инкубукс обожал в детстве , когда отцы брали его на руки. Он расправлял руки в стороны, изображая самолёт, и пародировал звук пропеллера. Кросс делал это по-простому, он поднимал его на вытянутые руки и слегка подбрасывал вверх. Когда же Инкубукс просил об этом Найтмера, тот, не отвлекаясь от дел, материализовал тентакли и поднимал ими сына. Он подбрасывал, крутил в разные стороны, а после ловил у самого пола. Инкубукс светился от счастья в такие моменты и громко смеялся. Ну а Найтмеру не сложно, главное, что ребёнок доволен.

Когда Кросс увидел, как его муж играет с их сыном, то чуть инфаркт не схватил, настолько безбашенные кульбиты Инкубукс вытворял в воздухе. Он отчитал их обоих, запретив так делать, но они всё равно продолжали так играть в тайне, чтобы не тревожить слишком нервного папу.

Incubux can't teleport in my au because nm is a tar pit and cross isn't so they teleport differently and Incubux's body can't do both

Ooo that´s a cool concept and you have a good point!

In my au she has Nightmare´s powers (an idea that because he´s a god, any child of him will also dorectly be a god with how strong he is)

And pne of those is that she both travels via shadows or become a shadow herself and travels along any surface (the closest thing to that second one are the evil voodoo shadows in the princess and the frog)

Also Nightmare is the most beloved tar-pit in history lmao

If HR!AU is history repeats, who takes bad guys place? Who’s Dream and Nightmare?

HI ok I didn't actually expect any asks but I am happy to answer!

Those who take the roles of villains and such are pretty much randomly-chosen ship children! PJ (Errink magic combination) takes the place of Goose's scientist OC Asy, Incubux (Crossmare) is Cross, etc.

On occasion, a regular, "first-generation" Sans will take the role instead, such as Silence (Dream/Error fusion) being Shattered Dream, Vantablack (Nightmare/Ink fusion) being another OC of a different person in the server, and so on and so forth!

These roles will be explained further in a different post that I keep forgetting about (sorry)

Edit: just saw the other part of your comment about Dream and Nightmare, sorry! From what I understand, it's Archer (non-goopy Shattered) and King (Moon/Shattered(?) NM)!

Everyone is at least somewhat tweaked to differ from those they've taken the place of, but they're still recognizable as the characters they used to be. Such as Silence being goopy and far too murderous for his own good, but still his stupid, constantly flustered self at heart!

because nm's a walking tar pit and cross has bones, I like to think that Incubux was born without several bones

nothing that would affect his life too much. I gave him crutches because of his left leg, which isn't solid bone. he's also missing a rib but it doesn't affect him too much

it makes sense to me because there's no way he has a perfectly functioning body when his dad is a pile of goop and the other isn't

Finally I'm done this drawing!

Well, according to my argumentative arc, Nightmare and Cross are not together (in fact to Cross does not like Nightmare). There was a time when Nightmare loved Cross, but never there was anything between them. What remains of the love of nightmare towards cross are their children.

They currently Moonlight and Incubux live with nightmare.

Ah! Nightmare is reconciled with his brother and Cross has a relationship with Dream.

bueno, según mi arco argumental, nightmare y cross no están juntos (y a cross no le cae bien nightmare). hubo un tiempo en que a nightmare le gustaba cross, pero no paso nada entre ellos. lo único que queda del amor de nightmare hacia cross son sus hijos.

actualmente moonlight y incubux viven con nightmare.

¡ah! nightmare esta reconciliado con su hermano y cross tiene una relación con dream.
