Sometimes i feel sad having AV1 as my obsession out of all the games in the series because it's the older game - it doesn't have the cooler, more modern UI design/animations/multi-expression faceset/cutscenes/battle system that, for example, later AV3/AV4 has

Honestly the only things holding strong in AV1 for me are the characters and story - yes, these two are amazing, no doubt - but! Imagine what it'd be like if it had AV4's tech too! arrrghh major hearteyes

Rewatching some AV4 playthroughs and am just in love with the player experience, how different the battle is, how a quest pops up, the way the character pictures slide in the dialogue box

#i would die for multi-expression Lars #esp during his funny dialogues #i would absolutely die for the battle system #how a certain skill would affect another #this eill perhaps make mad marge/john/galahad more useful if done properly #maybe if dameon is in the party galahad's str increases #but having Lars would make Galahad lose it (coz of the lack of belief in magic) etc etc #ahhhh #one can dream of a AV1 remake #just the menu screen made me scream #I LOVE AV4'S MENU SCREEN OK
