Saitama def rented the wrong version of Alien versus Predator lmao.
He also says that stalkers are scary, then we have Genos literally stalking him, though he doesn't seem too scared of the actual stalker that he thinks is following him, rather than the shadow inside his room he sensed. I'm still waiting for something to come out of that cleaner roomba shadow inside his room.

Imagine Badd holding Zenko's hand, Garou carries Tareo on his shoulder, and Genos....walking apathetically while this upgraded roomba walks behind him. What if... he has a leash for Genos 2.0... with like this weird fitted collar around it with a tag. ”If lost return to Demon Cyborg”. They stop to let Zenko and Tareo have ice cream and buy some extra sprinkles on a napkin for Genos 2.0 to eat.
They get a group photo at some point and the others are adamant that Genos 2.0 is included.
He gets a Christmas gift too (what does a roomba want? A package of cereal to nom?) and he’s dressed up with them on Halloween.
Kuseno, being a good natured sport (plus curious how his upgrades are working out) calls to ask how his grandson is doing. ”I’m fine?” ”Not you, Genos 2.0”
OH and speaking of upgrades, one day Sonic sneaks by and it’s revealed that those ”upgrades” include quite a bit more firepower than anyone else had suspected
(Maybe..... the special upgrades also include a more advanced AI, originally to help him not bump into corners so much but Kuseno got carried away and next they know the roomba is displaying like learning behaviours and bonding with the people who feeds him the most)

office au: overtime
The center cannot hold.
Tatsumaki's storm broke a week later. The project, a new kind of drive system for roomba-type robots, was due to go into free ordering. But the factory had only finished about half the pre-orders, and they were expecting a good four times that within the first quarter.
"What's the word?" Saitama asked Reigen as soon as he hung up his phone.
"Manufacturing errors. A lot of them. Half the things snapped during production."
"That's... that's not good."
In confirmation, Reigen groaned and buried his face in his hands.
The next few days were a lot of emails and phone calls and stress tests. By Friday they had an answer, and it was almost the worst case scenario. The product didn't have to be cancelled entirely, but everything that had been manufactured so far was as good as garbage. They had to start over from the very start with stronger - and heavier - materials.
It meant a lot of money lost. It meant a lot of late orders, and a lot fewer orders once they hit the market. And it meant someone, somewhere, had either made a serious mistake... or had deliberately cut corners.
"What do they say?" Saitama asked as the team shared notes. "Don't assume someone's a jerk when they're probably just stupid?"
"Close enough," Reigen said. "But that's a problem for R&D, we just need to get the new-new line ready to go as fast as safely possible."
"And how fast is that?" Max asked, pessimism dripping from his lips.
"We'll see."
Next week they ended up roping in a second team to help out. Most of what they'd set up for the first run was still good, but it would take time to get the new material, and factories didn't like to sit empty.
For a few days things were frantic, but with everyone working together by Thursday they at least had a schedule. Barring new disasters, the storm had passed.
Saitama was staying late again, going over calendars and numbers, when he heard the rattle of the custodial cart. If the night janitor was out it must be later than he'd realized. Saitama started shutting things down and leaned back in his chair to stretch.
"Hey. Saitama?"
He tilted his head all the way back and looked at the janitor upside-down. King had been Saitama's friend since his first week, when Saitama got lost and found him having a panic attack in an unused office. Their work schedules didn't usually overlap though, so they usually just hung out on weekends.
"Sorry, I'll get out of your way."
"No, uh." King glanced across the bullpen. "There's um... Can you help me with something?"
"Sure. What?"
He pointed toward the offices. "There's... the new district manager? I think he's asleep."
"Genos?" Saitama sat up and turned around properly. "In his office?"
"I tried banging some things and he didn't even twitch. Can you..."
Saitama was already on his feet. "I got this."
King hadn't been exaggerating, Genos was completely passed out. Flopped back in his chair, mouth hanging open, snoring on every other inhale. Saitama stood in the doorway for a moment watching him... wondering if it was creepy to think he looked sweet like this.
Saitama cleared his throat. Nothing. He knocked on the doorframe. Nothing. Finally he crossed the room and said, "Genos? Genos."
Nothing.
"Genos!"
He stirred, but didn't wake.
How tired was he? Had he been sleeping at night? Was it stress from the failed launch? Saitama had seen him arguing with that asshole from advertising a couple days ago. Not to mention he always seemed to be on the phone lately.
Wishing there was an option to just let him sleep, Saitama reached out and shook Genos by the shoulder. He felt hard metal plates beneath the fabric.
Genos snorted and jerked upright, almost gasping. He looked around with wide panicked eyes until they fell on Saitama's face. "Saitama-san."
"You okay bud? You were out like a light."
"I'm..." Genos rubbed his hands across his face. "What time is it?"
"I don't actually know."
Genos fumbled around for his phone, squinting at the screen for several seconds before numbers made sense. "Past eight. Why are you still here, Saitama-san?"
"Why are you? Go home and sleep in a bed!"
Genos' face was already flushed from sleep, but he looked sheepish. "I..."
"Are you sick? Seriously?" Saitama reached out and brushed the bangs off his forehead. "You're warm."
Genos leaned away from Saitama's touch. "I'm fine, Saitama-san. Please go home and get some rest. We're already paying you overtime this week."
Saitama laughed. "Same to you bud! Please sleep, okay? If you have to stay home sick we'll be down one work of art in the office."
Something Saitama couldn't decipher crossed Genos' face. "Saitama-san you... don't have to keep doing this."
"Doing what?"
He saw Genos clench his fists in his lap. "Acting like my friend. Pretending to care."
Saitama had to swallow his knee-jerk offense. How could Genos think... "I'm not pretending anything."
He looked up at him, eyes still bleary.
"I'm not that complicated, Genos."
Genos' eyes went wide, and Saitama remembered he probably should have used an honorific.
"I wouldn't pretend to be someone's friend just because I embarrassed myself in front of them. I talk to you because I like to. I act like I care because I do."
No one had ever looked at Saitama with that much hope. Suddenly Saitama was very aware of how close he still was; he'd never straightened up after waking him.
A split second after Saitama had the thought, Genos leaned in and kissed him.
Genos jerked back almost instantly, barely giving Saitama enough time to notice his lips were warm and his breath was stale.
"I'm sorry!" Genos exclaimed, stumbling out of his chair. Saitama didn't know what to do so he didn't even move. "I'm so sorry, that was- was completely inappropriate, I-"
"Genos."
"It will never happen again, I promise!"
"Genos."
There were tears in his eyes as Genos shook his head. "If you need to report this, I understand, but I'm truly sorry. I- I'll go. I'll just-"
"You don't have to-"
Genos was already on his way out the door. The computer was on and he'd left his overcoat on a hook on the wall.
Saitama ran his hands over his scalp and looked out the window. It was only a minute before he saw a car pulling out of the parking lot.
"Dammit."
And the worst thing was, he still didn't know what to do. How to react. What to say. Except...
He leaned out into the hall. "Hey King?"
King's head popped up from emptying the trash in a cubicle. "Yeah?"
"Did you see any of that?"
"See what?"
"Nothing. Don't worry about it."
Saitama shut off Genos' computer, locked his office, and went home.

Genos was pissed when he got home. Covered in blood, and ready to tell Saitama all about his day. “Have fun, Roomba?” Saitama asked when he heard Genos come in. He was in the kitchen filling Rover’s water bowl. “Not at all, Saitama,” Genos said as he trailed blood on the tile. Saitama didn’t have it in him to scold his lover, so he leaned against the counter, arms folded, and ready to get an earful.... “I was recognized by a Tank Top member today, and they had the audacity to speak ill of you, and to blame myself for all that you have rightfully done to them. Telling me that I was the one who killed them while you stood by and took all of the credit...” Man... Genos sure did have pretty lips. His lover’s voice almost became a background buzz as Saitama took in the blood dripping from his furrowed brows. The way his teeth were slightly bared whenever he was angry. His sleek arms completely square and ending in balled fists... “... and after I killed the first one, the other one had tried to run away and I-- Mhm~”Saitama had pulled Genos by the waist, taking him into a deep kiss, tasting the blood on his lips. Tank Tops’ blood were always a bit filthy, but Saitama couldn’t care when it was dripping off of the man he love so much. He watched his lover’s face slowly start to relax as they embraced. “Roomba you talk too much~”
