The various fresh vegetables, scallops, salmon roe, beef tongue, and beef steak were all excellent.

I ate Robatayaki for dinner last Saturday. Robatayaki is a kind of barbeque. Restaurants that serve fresh vegetables, meat or fish grilled (Barbequed) over charcoal. I like Robatayaki.

The snow that fell the day before was a snow scene not only to Mt. Fuji but also to the surrounding mountains.

The morning after the snow fell, it was a beautiful sunrise. The view from the hotel balcony is great.

This is my second stay. Yakitori was so tasty.

Dinner was Robatayaki ( Japanese‐style barbecue cooked in front of customers in a restaurant) in a stylish atmosphere.

Fuji Speedway Hotel

I spent the weekend in a newly opened hotel. I enjoyed both the beautiful autumn leaves and the circuit from my room.
