While I've loved my BMW i3, I haven't seen anything new that excites me from BMW, until today. They just revealed a new concept that they say will be available in 2025: the BMW Vision Neue Klasse X. It's a small SUV, or as BMW calls it, a Sport Activity Vehicle, and I quite like the look of it, both inside and out. They're doing some interesting things with lighting, and as with my i3, they are using a lot of recycled and recyclable materials. The dashboard displays and steering wheel controls are intriguing. They haven't stated a range yet, but one reviewer's calculations suggested it could hit 500 miles and charge to 80% in 12 minutes.

I'm still interested in the Fisker Ocean, but I have not yet had the chance to see one in person, and I'm holding off buying a new car until I've paid off the basement renovation I'm currently engaged in. I've seen no mention of possible pricing, but the Neue Klasse X is definitely in the running.
