Congreso remitió al Poder Ejecutivo lista de aspirantes a fiscal general del Estado

CHILPANCINGO * 25 de marzo, 2024. ) Congreso de Guerrero Diputados de la LXIII Legislatura remitieron a la gobernadora Evelyn Cecia Salgado Pineda la lista de 32 aspirantes a la titularidad de la Fiscalía General del Estado, para que esta, a su vez, formule una terna y la someta a consideración del Congreso, para la correspondiente designación del o la titular. En el acuerdo de la Junta de Coordinación Política (Jucopo) que fue aprobado por unanimidad del Pleno, este lunes, se precisa que con fecha 19 de marzo de este año el Pleno de la LXIII Legislatura aprobó la Convocatoria a todas y todos los ciudadanos mexicanos con residencia en Guerrero para participar en el proceso de selección y designación del titular de la Fiscalía General del Estado, luego de la ausencia definitiva por remoción llevada a cabo por la gobernadora constitucional, conforme a lo establecido en el numeral 7 del artículo 142 de la Constitución Política del Estado Libre y Soberano de Guerrero. Añade que dicha Convocatoria fue difundida ampliamente en diversos medios de comunicación, y que el plazo para el registro venció este 22 de marzo. En el documento, la Jucopo indica también que procedió al análisis de la documentación de cada profesionista aspirante, y considera que todos cumplen con los requisitos exigidos por la Constitución Política local para ser fiscal general del estado, además de la manifestación bajo protesta de decir verdad de someterse a las evaluaciones de control y confianza que se requieran para el desempeño del encargo. Iniciativas El diputado Alfredo Sánchez Esquivel propuso adicionar la Ley de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales del Estado para que en los casos previstos por los sistemas normativos, vía usos y costumbres de los municipios de Ayutla de los Libres y Ñuu Savi, se contemple financiamiento público conforme al número total de ciudadanos inscritos en el padrón electoral de cada municipio, a efecto de desarrollar los procesos electivos ordinarios correspondientes. Still a nice video with great closeups of the last Broadway cast.

Pierce is perfect as McKinley. Tallia also does a great job; she has a strong belt and does an endearing rendition of Sal Tlay Ka Siti. This is a very nice capture with no obstruction or blackouts, and only a bit of washout in superwide shots of high-contrast scenes. The video is very steady and the sound is excellent as usual. It’s filmed in 16:9 with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. Includes curtain call.

Titular de SEDESU inauguró el 14vo Foro de Logística

El titular de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Sustentable (SEDESU), Marco Antonio Del Prete Tercero, inauguró el Foro de Logística, cuya catorceava edición se tituló “México y su nuevo escenario internacional: retos y oportunidades en el 2019”, este evento se realiza como un esfuerzo para apoyar a los actores de la cadena de logística de comercio exterior a actualizarse, promover sus servicios y desarrollar alianzas estratégicas. En su mensaje Del Prete Tercero indicó que la relación comercial de México con otros países ha sufrido cambios, muchos de ellos para bien y es precisamente este foro el que nos permitirá actualizarnos acerca de las tendencias de comercio exterior para impulsar a Querétaro.

En el 2018 el INEGI reporta que se exportaron más de 11 mil millones de dólares, esto representó un incremento anual del 12.6 por ciento, "estas cifras nos dan la relevancia de que la economía de Querétaro está basada en una economía del conocimiento pero sobre todo del comercio exterior; el 99 por ciento de estas exportaciones son manufactureras", destacó el funcionario estatal. Finalmente comentó que a pesar de que el PIB en el estado no depende de las exportaciones es una parte importante en la especialización de la mano de obra; la administración estatal se ha enfocado en que la atracción de inversiones ayuden al crecimiento de las empresas proveedoras que hay en el estado.

Además de stands de los patrocinadores Darma Tecnum, Van Beuren & Hamilton y DSV Air & Sea, se contó con espacios de la Secretaría de Economía, de la aduana de Querétaro, INDEX, COMCE, Aeropuerto Intercontinental de Querétaro (AIQ) y del Fideicomiso Promotor del Empleo (FIPROE). EL LÍMITE ES MACRI EN CUALQUIER PARTE, MENOS EN CHIVILCOY

Anoche la sesión de tratamiento de las ordenanzas fiscal e impositiva y de presupuesto 2020 fue realmente una puesta en escena de la miserable "ética de la satisfacción" (en palabras de Rita Segato) que exhibieron lxs concejalxs del Frente de Todxs Chivilcoy y el PJ.

No sólo ya es inocultable la ausencia de militancia que siempre ha acompañado en estas sesiones, que suelen ser las más intensas y ricas en miradas políticas, sino que además se puso en evidencia el pacto antipopular del Frente de Todxs, PJ y Juntos por el Cambio que ya dio a la concejala Lourdes Zaccardi y a su compañera María Eugenia Gandolfo, respectivamente, como vicepresidenta y secretaria del Honorable Concejo Deliberante (HCD), cuando en las elecciones con suerte ganaron la puerta para disparar.

Dejemos la impericia de lxs concejalxs que se supone deben representar al pueblo que ha elegido a Alberto Fernández y a Cristina Fernández.

La impericia tiene solución: si la gente quiere y le importa lo que hace siempre puede aprender, pero no estaría siendo el caso.

Hubo que soportar que el concejal del Pro, Don Fagliano, se despachara a piacere contra las medidas de Alberto Fernández para que de "lxs nuestrxs" no sólo nadie le contestara sino que cuando decidió tomar la palabra el concejal Álvarez, alias Mono, -tal como si hubiera caído en la sesión en un paracaídas y desentendido de lo que estaba aconteciendo- decide pagarle al intendente por los conflictos con CICOP.

Y hubo que tolerar que la concejala Zaccardi -en un momento donde las violaciones grupales, los femicidios y transfemicidios han escalado a nivel mundial- cuestione la decisión del gobierno de Guillermo Britos de crear una Secretaria de Derechos Humanos, Género Diversidad Sexual asumiendo que es un gasto innecesario para la comuna que podría "optimizar lo que ya tiene".

Nadie del Frente de Todxs/PJ dio cuenta de ello cuando nuestro gobierno nacional ha llevado la cuestión de género y diversidades a la categoría de Ministerio de la Nación.

Nadie del Frente de Todxs/PJ le recordó a la concejala Lourdes Zaccardi que la performance de Las Tesis nacida en Chile, que está dando vuelta al mundo, está denunciando al Estado Opresor como Macho Violador.

En una ciudad como Chivilcoy, que el giro político genere transformaciones institucionales a la par del Gobierno Nacional de Alberto Fernández debería ser motivo más que suficiente para tender puentes de cooperación política con el bloque de Consenso Federal, sin embargo para el Frente de Todxs/PJ en Chivilcoy, el límite No Es Macri.

Así fue que yo me pregunté, si el concejal Álvarez y sus compañerxs estaban siguiendo la sesión? Y si el concejal Poggio, presidente del bloque como "premio consuelo", estaba en el mismo recinto que yo?

Yo pensé: acá algunx está viviendo una realidad paralela!!?? Seré yo??

Lamentable. Quiénes vivimos en la ética de la Insatisfacción y no renunciamos a bregar por la ampliación de derechos, la justicia social, la soberanía política, la profundización de la democracia, la honorabilidad de las instituciones republicanas no tenemos consuelo.

Eso explica la ausencia de militancia y que las únicas personas que hayan acompañado al Frente de Todxs/PJ, hayan sido lxs mayores contribuyentes que obligatoriamente debían asistir a la asamblea por la Fiscal e Impositiva y que desaparecieron para cuando se debatía el Presupuesto 2020.

El Pacto Pro, PJ, Cámpora reluce en un HCD donde lxs concejalxs que representan al 48% de la población hacen lo que pueden con dignidad y sobre todo mucha educación.

Confieso que yo en su lugar hubiera sido más contundente.. por decirlo con fineza.

Todo ello era así de malo como espectadora, pero... cuando estamos compartiendo una sesión del HCD, en una ciudad como la nuestra dónde nos conocemos muchxs, pasan otras cosas y a una le llegan mensajes, noticias y también alguna cosilla con tono de pedido de ayuda.

Así es como además tuve la triste suerte de tomar conocimiento de cómo algún/nos? concejal/es del Frente de Todxs/PJ se da/dan el lujo de insultar a concejalas mujeres en el ámbito de las reuniones de comisión y decirles cosas como "tarada", "inútil", etc.

GRAVÍSIMO.

Y pensar que la gente que lxs votó creyó que eran dignxs representantes de Alberto y Cristina, de Axel y Verónica...

Cuánto me alegro de haberme animado a pedir el corte de boleta a nivel comunal durante la campaña electoral!

Para cualquiera del campo popular el límite es Macri salvo para la clase política conducida por Coty Alonso y su inútil vocero Fernando Poggio.

La ausencia de la militancia en una sesión trascendente como esta que históricamente convoca a la ciudadanía y nos pone en el brete de estar en un HCD recargado de gente y con peligro de derrumbe, habla a las claras de que la caída en picada de la legitimidad del Frente de Todxs Chivilcoy y del Partido Justicialista -al que se han llevado puesto de un modo atroz- es un hecho político irrefutable.

Cómo afiliada al Partido de la Concertación FORJA Chivilcoy, partido firmante del Frente de Todxs, orgullosxs de decir que también es de nuestro partido el Gobernador de Tierra del Fuego, Gustavo Melella, desde este partido nacido para resistir la prepotencia de la derecha en tiempos de Yrigoyen, para a partir de ese momento constituir una alianza estratégica de espíritu frentista con el peronismo toda la vida, desde esta trayectoria histórica y nuestra coherencia política actual, es desde dónde repudiamos al interbloque de concejalxs Frente de Todxs/PJ por traicionar a la voluntad de lxs ciudadanxs que confiaron en ellxs.

Repudiamos su ética de la satisfacción anclada en negocios espurios, en los contubernios rancios que más caros le han salido a la Argentina durante toda la vida.
