When my girlfriend moved out of state a few weeks ago she gave me the beat-up old garage whiteboard she used to track our Isuzu rebuild progress and to-do lists. I've been trying to get rid of the ghost marks so when I hang it in my own living room I'll have a mostly-clean surface to start writing on but as anyone can tell you, whiteboard ghost marks are stubborn as hell.

After spraying and scrubbing for like 10 minutes to no avail, I remembered the "miracle" cleaning technique we used back in my librarian days: fresh ink.

Feels a lil weird to use my explicitly gendered "domestic goddess" tag in the year of our Lorde 2021 especially since I have explicitly divested myself of gender as a whole, but on the other hand the reference and inside joke is so old and has fond memories attached to it that I don't think I'd feel right replacing it with anything else
