It is "Mitsuba Aoi".

brought 260 years of peace to Japan
Rare in world history

About once a month
I visit Daikoin Temple.

Daikoin Chrysanthemum Exhibition (November 19, 2023)

At Daiko-in Temple (Donryu-sama) in Ota City, Gunma Prefecture, an exhibition of ornamental chrysanthemums carefully grown by people in the Kanto region is held for about a month at the end of autumn.

Some petals on display are large clusters of petals, others spread out radially like fireworks, and large clusters resemble a single animal. I visit Daikoin Temple once a month, and today was the last week of the Chrysanthemum Exhibition so I could visit it just in time.

大光院 菊花展（２０２３年１１月１９日）

群馬県太田市の大光院（呑龍様）では秋の終わりに１か月ほど、関東地方の人たちが入念に育てた鑑賞菊の展覧会が行われる。

大きくまとまった花弁のもの、花火のように放射状に広がるもの、大きくまとまり一つの動物のようなものなどなどが展示される。私は１か月に１回、大光院にお参りするが、今日は菊花展の最終週に当たり、ちょうど見学出来た。
