I was called by a "Public Opinion Research" company....

I was called by a "Public Opinion Research" company earlier this week regarding the March 7th municipal elections for both the County and the City of #LosAngeles -- which by the way also includes the race for three (District 2, District 4 and District 6) #LAUSD board seats. I just wanted to share that if you guys don't get out and vote, LAUSD stands to be greatly fractured. In other words, the district won't be the 2nd largest k-12 school district in the country. Your favorite Teachers and their Unions won't be able to do anything to protect their livelihoods. As a product of schools in the 4th district myself, I am working on a graphic that will share my perspective on who I believe are the best candidates for the job. Just to be clear, nobody is paying me to form an opinion, I simply want to engage you all in hopes that you get out there and vote regardless of our agreement or disagreement on the candidates. However, before I produce this material, I want to ask you all just one pressing question in hopes of garnering your attention. That question is: Do you feel that LAUSD is too big and overextended? I certainly welcome any and all opinions and/or comments to learn more from past and current students produced by schools from LAUSD.
