On 30.1.24, the Delhi Development Authority(D.D.A.) bulldozed a 600-year-old mosque in Mehrauli, alleging illegal encroachment! Along with it a madrassa adjacent to the mosque was also demolished, displacing 26 students, mostly orphans who lived there!
Bulldozing Muslim settlements is Bharatiya Janata Party's tactic for eliminating anti-B.J.P. i.e. Muslim votes! They know that Hindus' percentage of India's population is decreasing while the percentage of Indian Muslims is increasing! And they fear that in the not too distant future, Muslims will take over India the way,'immigrants' are taking over the United Kingdom! British Prime Minister of Indian origin, Rishi Sunak is a case in point! And that's why the B.J.P. has come up with the #CitizenshipAmendmentAct wherein potential B.J.P. voters from neighbouring countries belonging to all religions except Islam are given Indian citizenship! Granting citizenship based on religion is unconstitutional and we will fight the C.A.A. tooth and nail to uphold the Constitution of India! And the B.J.P. wants us to believe that the National Population Register which contains details of the country's residents will be used to,'alleviate proverty'! Does the B.J.P. think we were born last Wednesday?! The N.P.R. is nothing more than a hitlist! For the B.J.P. to go ahead with its fascist designs for India, voices of discontent from the N.P.R. will have to be eliminated! The B.J.P. would do well to know that God is watching!
