I am EXTREMELY hesitant to partake in fandoms of any sort as I have partaken in fandoms in the past and.....
#Fucking legit though#I am hesitant every time I see something I mildly disagree with#Will I be harassed if I don't put that headcanon into my fics?#Will it be bad enough that I have to delete my tumblr to get away from it again?#Will they seriously try to find my personal information to blacklist me#FUCKING AGAIN#If the youths are good at one thing#It's not their grey thought processes#I'm legit having heart palpitations just thinking about it#This is why the most I ever do anymore is reblog some pictures or funny posts#And maybe read the occasional fic if I'm feeling daring#I really love this show and I want to interact with other fans#And I know the tumblr demographics skew in the adult range now#But even adults aren't really exiting their bubbles to broaden their opinions anymore#Even asking for prompts took a lot and I was on a high when I did#I have A LOT of baggage when it comes to fandom#It's part of the reason I tend to avoid the big things until they're no longer very big#Which is a double edged sword that those who've followed me long enough are familiar with#There's really no winning here
