Craig Breedlove

Sadly, five-time world land speed recorder holder Craig Breedlove has passed away (March 23, 1937-April 4, 2023). He was the first person in history to reach 500 mph and 600 mph.

In November 1965, Breedlove teamed with Bobby Tatroe to set 23 national and international speed records at the Bonneville Salt Flats driving the first Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe (CSX2287). We owe him our gratitude for creating such an important milestone in Shelby history.

I don't care if we never fuck again.
