So will Ben still try to kill Kevin during Ultimate Kevin Arc? If yes then are you doing anything to explain that better?

So I have a basic outline for how the Ultimate Kevin Arc will go, especially regarding how Gwen and Ben act during it. One of the biggest changes is that the Plumbers are gonna have a lot more focus in this arc. Because the reality is, while Ben and Gwen are friends with Kevin, that doesn't matter if he's going around trying to harm and kill people. It's the job of the Plumbers to stop threats that may harm the innocence, and it's the nature of being a police force unit. So I think that would provide some more interesting dynamics and conflicts to the story, and Ben and Gwen, while starting off both wanting to find the best way to stop Kevin without hurting them, end up going different ways by the end. Not helped by how the Aggregor arc ended up going not in their favor 90% of the time. When the Plumbers get involved, wanting to neutralize Kevin, Gwen goes to the extreme one day wanting to stop him, try and heal him and remind him who he is, but can't get herself to fight him properly, even when he hurts people, afraid of doing lasting damage both psychically and mentally. Meanwhile Ben, who has a closer connection to the Plumbers, will try his best for a while to stop Kevin without killing him, but comes to learn from Plumber characters, including Max, that sometimes on the field you have to make tough choices to keep innocent folk safe. Because the truth of the matter is that random folk don't care if Kevin was Ben's best friend or Gwen's boyfriend, all they are gonna see is a monster trying to hurt them. So Ben does reach a point where he will try and kill Kevin, especially since failing to stop Aggregor before really gets to him, but Ben comes to realize that this just isn't his way of dealing with problems. Of course everything works out in the end, mostly. They get Kevin back, but there would still be many problems to work through.

Aso Kevin is not an alien but a mutant, in Ben's world some humans are born with powers because reasons, kinda like the xmens, this would explain characters like the circus freaks or Cooper
