Your art has the very best shapes, I just love the way you create bodies. They look real enough to touch despite unusual skin tones or fantasy subjects, and they have SUCH gorgeous weight and heft to them. How often do you do figure studies? because whatever hard work you've put in, it REALLY shows in all that thoughtful detail. It's amazing.
wauw.... first of all thank you so so much !! one of my main art goals is to make bodies seem like they hold actual weight and volume, so it makes me incredibly happy to hear you say this!! 🥺💕 i'm incredibly grateful !!
and regarding studies, i usually do them as a warmup when drawing!! (which i do as often as possible; i try to draw everyday) but sometimes i get tunnel visioned and end up filling up pages with nothing but studies ^^"
please take this vivec as a token of my gratitude 🤲

merry june!!! pretend I had time to post this on the first and look at my special guys.
[Image ID: A digital, color, three-panel comic featuring Puzz's OCs Buck (a middle-aged white man with a barrel-chested build, balding with a thick reddish mustache), Davey (a middle-aged Black man with a thin build, amputated right arm, diagonal facial scar and long curly hair), and Minnie (a young white girl with freckles and thick braided red pigtails).
In the first panel, Buck and Minnie are sitting on opposite sides of a table near an open doorway. Buck is reading a newspaper while Minnie messes with her phone. Buck says, "Davey's still not up?"; Minnie replies, "Guess not. Doesn't seem like MY job to keep track." In the second panel, Buck, with a look of realization, shouts, "WAIT. What's the date." Minnie, looking confused, responds, "Uhh. June first, I think? Why...?" The final panel shows Davey skidding into the doorway in a burst of glitter, grinning wildly, with a billowing bisexual pride flag cape and various matching accessories (including shutter shades, a wristband, dangling suspenders, knee-high socks, heart earrings and face paint). Buck and Minnie turn to stare in disbelief. End ID.]

So...the first half of chapter 5 dropped and I wanted to update Atlas' scars. Also decided that his hair is pretty quickly turning white over the course of the story.

Finally a no client call day 😌 let me rot in peace with no makeup and dirty hair while I write the 8294 follow-up emails I’ve been trying to find time to send.
