HOW TO GET POSTAL ID IN PH AS NEW 18 YEARS-OLD
Didn't know how? Or just curious?
Well, I still search about it many times before actually starting to get one for the first time.
I made sure I have my original birth certificate with me and some 1x1 picture of myself.
I have also waited for my student ID for further assurance.
CEDULA
Tumblr media
So anyway, I first visited the Barangay hall which fortunately have a postal office inside.
A person at the counter was very informative and helpful.
(He told me about getting a cedula first for Barangay Clearance application and where I could even get one)
Arriving at the said place, a person near the gate help and pointed out the stack of short form to be answered and to be handed inside.
Tumblr media
(I somehow found the place a bit like a hospital for testing and stuff)
I was only asked to sign and pay. A little thin form was handed back (I don't have it anymore since I gave it for application).
(I secretly found out that height and weight can be inaccurately written)
BARANGAY CLEARANCE
Tumblr media
Finally getting the cedula, I managed to acquire my Barangay Clearance.
We just need to fill out an application form and wait, get flash by a camera for a second, and pay a little sum.
(I was also asked for a 1x1 picture and a printed copy of my original PSA birth certificate)
POSTAL OFFICE
There was a fixed schedule and you still really need to wait no matter what in the process.
(I primarily need to answer another application form and pay a much higher price)
When your name is finally called out, you'll be asked to come inside to wait again for a picture, signature, and thumb taking.
(You can asked for a redo, especially in signature)
After all of these, you should end up with a two page receipt.
Tumblr media
Note: To be honest, my mother accompanied me, and I barely managed to say anything to anyone there.
(I still wasn't able to fetch my ID today coz I'm busy)

My first day of my work immersion in Barangay Hall was mix of excitement and nervous. The moment I stepped into the bustling Barangay Hall, I was enveloped by a sense of community pulsating through the air. Situated at the heart of the neighborhood, it stood as a beacon of governance and unity. From the outside, it appeared modest, yet as I ventured further inside, its significance grew exponentially.
The staff of Barangay Hall we're welcoming and friendly, they teach us how to use computer and excel the barangay clearance this new set of skills are very important to me. One of the most striking aspects of my immersion was witnessing firsthand the genuine concern and dedication of the barangay officials and staff towards addressing the needs of the residents. Whether it was assisting constituents with various concerns, organizing community programs and initiatives, or coordinating with other government agencies, their commitment to serving the community was unwavering.
I had the opportunity to participate in various activities and projects during my immersion, including community clean-up drives, health and wellness seminars, and livelihood programs. These experiences not only allowed me to contribute to the betterment of the community but also gave me a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by barangay officials in their day-to-day work.
Overall, my work immersion at the barangay hall was a truly enriching experience that left a lasting impression on me. It not only provided me with valuable insights into the inner workings of local governance but also instilled in me a greater appreciation for the tireless efforts of barangay officials and staff in serving their constituents and building stronger, more resilient communities.

Day 1: Introduction to Paperworks
During the first day of my work immersion experience at the Barangay Hall, I got introduced to the Barangay Secretary who gave me a brief orientation on the paperworks involved in the barangay hall. I learned about the barangay clearance and how it is processed, and I got my first task, which was encoding for business permits.

“When I weirdly start catching feelings out of nowhere for the most unexpected person.”
Saw her at school. Saying to myself that she looks familiar.. (first week of being back at school) Small talk with her and her friends at the school library. Kinda clicked since we have the same age. Treated her as one of my friend at school. Admired her neat handwriting. The way she talks.. Her Aura.
Small talk during KS10, by her side.
Another small talk outside the classroom (night class). Which she was kind of avoiding me? Not in the mood? Idk but i don’t have a crush on her yet. Just remembered it.
Idk when it started but, everyday.. my eyes started to look for her.
Bringing my camera cause one day she asks if i bought my camera. which i didn’t but ever since that, i bring it with me. (whipped) she has a lot of pictures in my camera.
Fast forward.. knowing someone is courting her. starting to think that they will get together. seeing them together with their circle of friends. avoiding any close distance with her. but my eyes are always at her. (they never got together btw)
Me, my friends and her circle of friends ate ramen around our barangay. (idk why i even go with them, i know its around my area but idk idk idk why i go there)
Christmas party. She’s cute when she’s angry. At the end of the party, i helped her clean our area. Yes, just me and her. handed her a tissue and just cleaned up the leftover foods. (Look at me so helpful)
I sent a gdrive link full of the photos taken at the party to our class group chat (which i didn’t often use/chat there) she hearted it and said thanks to me.
Got happy cause i don’t have to see her face for a month. (I don’t want to fall hard. oh well) She added me on fb (i screenshotted it) damn it. (now i see all of her posts and stories)
Maintaining my distance. (not really cause my mind is always trying to do everything just to see her) my eyes is fixated at her everyday.
Got a solo moment with her during signing of clearance but we’re both awkward and she got up and go to where are classmates all are. bummer but of course what am i even gonna do. such a loser.
Here I am writing all of these to the unexpected person i start having feelings “out of nowhere”.

What are the requirements for incorporating a company in the Philippines?
Incorporating a company in the Philippines involves several steps and requirements. Please note that the specific requirements and procedures may change over time, so it's essential to consult with a legal or business professional and refer to the official government resources for the most up-to-date information. As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, here are the general requirements for incorporating a business in the Philippines:
Company Name Reservation:
Check the availability of your desired company name with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Reserve the name if it's available. Names that are identical or deceptively similar to existing companies are not allowed.
Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws:
Prepare and notarize the Articles of Incorporation (AOI) and By-Laws.
The AOI typically includes information about the company's name, purpose, principal office address, term, and the names and addresses of incorporators and directors.
Minimum Capitalization:
Determine the authorized capital stock and minimum paid-up capital requirement for your type of company. The minimum paid-up capital may vary depending on the type of business and industry.
Bank Certificate of Deposit:
Open a bank account and deposit the required minimum paid-up capital.
Obtain a Bank Certificate of Deposit, which you will need to present to the SEC as proof of capitalization.
SEC Registration:
Submit the completed AOI and By-Laws, along with other required documents, to the SEC.
Pay the necessary registration fees and documentary stamp taxes.
Barangay Clearance and Business Permit:
Get a barangay (local government unit) clearance from the barangay where your business will operate.
Apply for a Mayor's Permit or Business Permit from the municipal or city government where your business is located.
Tax Identification Number (TIN):
Obtain a TIN for your company from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
Register your books of accounts and have them stamped by the BIR.
Social Security System (SSS), PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG Registration:
Register your employees with these government agencies for social security, healthcare, and housing contributions.
Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Registration:
If you have employees, you may need to register with DOLE and comply with labor laws.
Licenses and Permits:
Depending on your industry and location, you may need additional licenses and permits from specific government agencies or regulatory bodies.
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Certificate of Registration:
Once all requirements are met and your application is approved, the SEC will issue a Certificate of Registration, officially recognizing your company's existence.
Registration with Other Government Agencies:
Depending on your industry, you may need to register with other government agencies, such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
It's important to consult with a legal or business advisor to ensure that you comply with all legal requirements and regulations when incorporating a company in the Philippines. The process can vary depending on the type of company and its specific activities, so seeking professional guidance is highly recommended. Additionally, make sure to check for any updates or changes in regulations and requirements from the relevant government agencies.

My Work Immersion Experience
I am Allyzon Jhane R. Badajos, a Grade 12 student from Cansojong National High School I'm currently doing my work Immersion in Barangay San Roque City of Talisay it was started on March 22,2023 . Our firt day in Baranggay San Roque,Talisay City, Cebu was so nervous. We don't have any idea of what kind of work were going to do, until of of the staff in Baranggay hall approach us to go to Baranggay Captain office and ask the baranggay Captain what kind of job that he can offer us. He assigned us in the information.
Our second day we just follow the instruction of the Baranggay . We're doing our job, We assist some people who wants to get Baranggay Clearance,Cedula,Business Permit etc. We did these thing until on our last day of our Immersion
Our third day, Baranggay Eking Bustillo choose us to be one of the volunteer for the program of NDRRMC. for us it was a great experienced even though it was not related on our major. still we are so blesses to be part of the program. they gave us more knowledge about the safety for our lives.
Seriously two weeks or 80 hours was indeed not enough, if we were given a chance to extend our stay in the Barangay hall since We enjoyed the knowledge and experienced they gave us. I learned how to handle people, keeping myself calm and have the longest patience. I used to engaged conversations from other people.

The company that ships the goods and the location where they will be used as a final destination are connected through freight forwarders. Although they don't execute the shipments themselves, they offer a variety of transit options, including air freight shipment, rail freight, sea/ocean freight, and road freight.
How to become a freight forwarder?
You would have to comply with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements like a tax identification number (TIN), Barangay Clearance, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Registration Certificate, Mayor's Permit or Business Permit, and the optional SEC Registration Certificate.

Telling him na first time job seeker ako. He immediately asked ilang taon na ba daw ako.
Police: Ilan taon ka na ba? Bakit first time mo...
At this point para kong nagung yelo.

Pandemic Thoughts # 149
Yesterday, I just slept alone in our house and it was a new experience for me. It is like I live in a boarding house and I am the one responsible with the cleaning, cooking, and house chores that my mother use to do when she is around. She didn't know I was the only one the slept the last night and to be honest, it was a great feeling to have that I have been the king of this house for just one night. Well, I just talked to my girlfriend later on and watched "Halloween Ends," yet, I got bored, then, doing my private shenanigans.
Honestly, it was a new experience for me yesterday to have my I.D replaced. It had really taken half a day of going back and forth, getting in line, and just being patient of the process of replacing my I.D. Well, there are people that I was annoyed at by their sarcasms and shit, but, my lips just quivered and I let the words slip outside of their ears. The longest part of the process is getting the notary. Imagine I wake up at 4 A.M. in the morning, prepare myself for getting the replacement I.D. that I have lost on the PUJ, and went into PAO without knowing that they need Barangay Clearance or any proof of identification. Luckily that the allowance my mother gave me have survived within the day. I have plans actually today to go in USTP, but since our meeting with Dr. Cuarteros has been moved on Thursday. The money was just enough for the jeepney and motorela fares. Getting the Brgy. Clearance was too pricey like the amount was 60 pesos and I haven't made a copy of it. Next time, I really note to myself I should always have photocopies. It is one of the essential matters when passing the documents to government buildings. It had taken at least 20 to 30 minutes to finalize my notarized affidavit of loss and after I spent a time on going back and forth on PAO, I went to USTP and settled the replacement I.D. Yet, one problem struck again, I had no payment for the I.D string. I'm glad at least that one teacher just recently graduate and teach at the college of arts and sciences have helped me with the payment for the I.D string. He is currently studying theology and I have seen in him that he really knew his purpose in life. He knew what to do already. Also, he have bought me lunch which I was thankful for and I have ate it along with a cold C2 drink before settling my replacement I.D.
The process was fast and I thought I would line again to take a picture of my I.D, yet it was not necessary after all since there is the picture I have sent on my online application for the school I.D, year 2022-2023. Well, because I am tired and weary of going back and forth, I haven't noticed that when I bought my I.D sling that I have asked in the wrong counter. The lady who was in charge was really bullshit with her way of talking and I was kind of pissed. Yet, that isn't her fault and it was mine. But, to sarcastically reprimand me of my mistake that I am not able to read, "sorry, if I haven't heard you said that I should move to Counter 6. Really, separate payments does get me pissed off. But I do understand also why they follow this system. It is much well-distributed passing of work after all. And yes, after a half day of going back and forth in taking care of my I.D, I had finally get my new one. Who really thought that losing a government issued I.D would take a long and challenging process to have it replaced. That is why I should be careful more often, especially in my case that I have high tendencies of forgetting things. One of the things I hate about myself. Really, yesterday's events have worn me when I got home, yet, I just did my part to at least finish the remaining tasks I have for the day. From now on, I'll be much prepared when prioritizing my requirements for work. A note to myself. That will be all for this time. Peace out!

Distress
Makulay itong linggo na to.
“Hanep”, ika-nga (shoutout Denise kung binabasa mo to hehe).
And that's because I wanna be your favorite boy I wanna be the one that makes your day The one you think about as you lie awake
