SPOILERS FOR TWD S11E5

Incoherent episode thoughts commencing.

* Arron has been one of my faves for a while now so I’m very glad we’re getting more of him

* Omg someone actually using the toilet

* The commonwealth really pulled through on their power point presentation type effects in this episode

* “Fight the dead, fear the living” turned “fight the dead, save the living” in the commonwealth is quite a nice call back to the early slogan for the show

* Why am I starting to low-key ship Maggie and Negan ahahahhaha I hate myself (I promise it’s just a crackship people, I don’t actually think it will happen)

* I’ve heard a lot of people say they didn’t like how quickly this episode jumped between the different groups but I actually think it really helped with the pacing and helps me focus #adhdproblems

* I would die for any of the group that made the hilltop run. Carol will forever be my queen.

* OMG JUDITH TEACHING ALL THE OTHER BABIES TO USE A SWORD MY HEART

* I have never wanted to roundhouse kick a child more than that noodle headed twat. Do not touch my Judith like that again.

* Fucking love her, slit his throat baby girl. Judith is such a bad ass I love her so much

* God she looks like Shane but her mannerisms are all Rick. I swear she even did the murderous grimes head tilt

* I get that Maggie is hurting and always will but I think Negan is being more than reasonable with her. I enjoy that he continues to be the voice of reason

* Oh shit whispers?!?

* Oh fuck Carl’s and judiths handprints… that hurt. And finally someone telling Judith stories about Carl. Thank you Rosita. I sobbed like a baby through their whole interaction.

* I’m glad Lydia is getting more screen time this ep. And I’m low-key glad that Carol took a back seat and let Aaron handle the whisperer situation. The fact she didn’t have an out of proportion reaction to it makes me think she actually healing/ moving on.

* Is tommi hot or does he just have a British accent? An essay by me.

* Princess and Mercier (idk if that’s how you spell it) flirting is giving me life

* Okay I’m not sure I like Aaron using Walker bites to torture this guy. But then again he is a whisperer and they did unspeakable things to our group. Yeah Carol did the right thing there.

* Dark Aaron is hot but low-key terrifying.

* Oh Carol you’re breaking my heart. I’m very glad she’s self aware of how bad she got in her grief over Henry and how she let her revenge consume her and get others hurt. And I love that she’s talking about this with Aaron

* Oh my god Elijah is alive?!? I thought he got hung or something. I’m so happy he’s safe

* Ahhh they know Connie’s alive!! Go get herrrr girls. Bring her home!!!

I actually really liked this episode, for me it was paced way better than the last few. I enjoy it when we’re jumping between a few stories. The season as a whole however seems like it’s going to drag but I’m still excited to see where it will go
