This is the best shot in the whole manga of Appule. Look at him back there. We're about to waterboard the elderly and he's excited to be a part of it.

Hey! I’m literally obsessed with Appule, what would being in a relationship with him be like if a female reader were a member of his race? His race is super cute! I want to know how he’d react to being with someone just like him.
Maybe working for Frieza as well? Not directly on the Battlefield, more like an engineer, or parts and services.
Maybe family Headcanons too? Like if he’d want one and if so how many children, super cute.

Appule x F!Reader of the Same Race Headcanons

Before the relationship:
Given how busy you two probably are working under Frieza, it was probably pure chance or even fate you happened by one another, let alone found ground to strike up a conversation.
He’s a soldier, and you a mechanic of sorts. Parts and services. Perhaps you passed him in the hall and was immediately smitten.
Or perhaps caught a glimpse of you working in action, intrigued by your expertise and technical abilities. He’d never claim himself to be the brightest of people, so your work certainly impressed him.
Let’s just say you’re now his go to when equipment or items of his break or stop working. Though, it begins to happen so much you had to suspect he was either really clumsy, or just really wanted an excuse to talk to you.
You’d assume it’s definitely the latter when you noticed how often this man fumbled over his words around you and his inability to hide the redness of his cheeks when you greeted him so sweetly, a kindness he’s not quite use to.
Eventually he will work up to courage to ask you out on a date or outing, rather than breaking his scouter for the tenth time.
Early on in the relationship:
It’s a gamble on who would cave first to ask one another out. Honestly, give Appule enough time and he will sum up enough courage to ask you to be his partner. He’s just afraid of losing one of the only good things he has going for him, and luck usually isn’t on his side.
He doesn’t want to rush things, but he sure does take his sweet time! If you’re far more ready than he is, you could ask him to be yours, yourself. But don’t be scared of surprised when you find him speechless for a few moments. He’s not upset or anything, he just hadn’t expected you to want to be with him as much as he did with you.
He’s such a sweet man. Whether he asks first or you, he will embrace you with the happiest smile on his face. Already promising his devotion to you.
Appule may not have much of a reaction to being with someone of his own race, he’d be more surprised if they weren’t someone like him. He’s aware he’s not exactly appealing or considered attractive outside his race, so dating within his race is just kind of normal and expected. Doesn’t mean he loves you any less, he’s just happy he was able to pull someone he already thought was out of his league.
This man will take you on so many dates whether it’s movie nights, cooking together, or just hanging out at one another’s dorm. He knows that things can get busy, especially his work as a soldier, which is why he tries to make it up to you as much as he can. I’m sure you don’t entirely mind though and understand.
But, if you do end up missing your man, or feel like work is keeping him away too much and you just want to spend some time with him, who’s to say his equipment ends up breaking and he’ll be in need to see his favourite repair gal.
Later on in the relationship:
Whether it’s months or years you been together, you know for a fact you are made for one another. Marriage was bound to be on the table at some point, and Appule was the surest he’s ever been that it’s what he wanted. You by his side for all the years to come. He’d make sure he was the first to ask you to be his.
A wedding, big or small, he didn’t mind. He’d go through with whatever you wish to, he only wanted to be with you.
Talk of children would of course be on the table. Children are not something he’d ever think he have, let alone a wife. But here you two were thinking about this new chapter in your life.
He’d probably love to have them with you, he only had his fears and doubts on how they could raise them in such a place, if it was even allowed-
If it was and you truly wanted children. Parenthood will be imminent with as many children as you would like. He doesn’t care how many you two have but he did say he’d at least like two.
If you did want them, but wanted to have them in a safer or more stable place, he’d leave the ship with you and find work elsewhere under Frieza or King Cold, so long as it was stable and sustainable for your children.
Parenthood:
He’d make a great father honestly
He’d be a very jittery and unsure father but he’ll try his best no matter what. Overall, he will be loving and kind to his children.
People may say he shouldn’t coddle them so much, that he’s setting them up to be big softies who won’t survive on their own. Some parts of him fear that, that may be true. But he could never neglect, or be absent with his children. It’d break his heart too much.
He’ll teach them to fend for themselves don’t worry. Whether they want to be a soldier like their papa, a mechanic like their mama, or something entirely new, he will support it as I’m sure you will to. First and foremost he’ll make sure his kids know how to throw a punch at anyone who tries to undermine them when their parents aren’t around to deal with the fool who dared to insult their children.
He will be so thankful for you. Giving him love. A new purpose in life, and such beautiful children. All things he’d never thought he’d have, but here you all were. You will make him the happiest man alive, and he will do everything he can to provide that very same happiness.

Echoes of footsteps reverberated down the hall, each one drawing Zarbon ever closer to the Saiyan he pressed against the wall. "Quiet, stay still," he snarled, pressing a hand none too gently over the Saiyan's mouth. Whether the heat on Raditz's face went unnoticed or Zarbon was feeling courteous enough not to make a jab at it was questionable. It was not mentioned either way.
As the muffled sound of footsteps retreated, a small group of elites led by Dodoria crossed the adjacent hall. Zarbon maintained their concealed position until the soldiers were safely out of earshot. Finally releasing Raditz, he sighed-- a blend of relief and annoyance.
"This area has been sealed off. It seems they neglected to inspect the halls for any lingering stragglers before implementing the lockdown."
After a cautious glance around the corner to ensure the coast was clear, Zarbon turned back to Raditz. "It won’t bode well for you if you’re discovered here. Come, we’ll have to locate a room to conceal you until it’s over." Such courtesy was a rarity, even among his own men, let alone an outsider. Zarbon could reflect on the implications later; for now, his priority was ensuring the Saiyan remained hidden.
