I'm coaching my husband on how to make beef stew (well, how I make it, anyway...), and he was like, "Hey can I consult with you a minute? You wrote down 2 onions, but this?" *anxiously gestures to large pile of chopped onion* "This is just 1 1/2 onions, 'cause they're really big this time. Should I stop here, or should I still put in the full 2 onions?"
In. Keep putting them in. Put them ALL in. ALL the onions. You cannot possibly put in too many onions.
