Note
Hello! Can I have a match up for Ghost Hunt , Death Note, Naruto and Code Geass please ? I'm a straight female, 18 years old. Shoulder length brown hair and green eyes. I've always been very athletic & I've been playing volleyball regularly since I was 10! I also love reading, especially psychological novels such as Crime and Punishment, Demian, etc. Horror is my second favorite! I'm an INFP. I have it hard to open up to people or trust them, so I like to observe them before acting. Thank you!
Ghost Hunt - Takigawa
- Takigawa would be one of your biggest supporters as far as sports go. He would definitely involve them on dates with you and at least once, he’s surprised you after a game with a sports drink to replenish you. When he’s away on cases, he gets a friend to go in his stead, and would find you at your most most beautiful when you’re lost in your hobbies.
- He also finds you at your most peaceful when you’re lost in a book. He can tell what the plot is just by your facial expressions, which are more entertaining to him than the book itself. He’d be sure to get book recommendations from Naru if you wanted to read about real demons and the like, or if you want audio, he’d bring you over to the office as Mai is pretty good at story telling. When it’s just the two of you, he’d be happy to go over some cases - Naru’s permission depending because of client confidentiality - with you, though not at night if you’re more likely to scare at that time.
-  While you’re observing Takigawa, he’s observing you. He’d know you have trouble opening up to people so he’d tone down his usual attitude around you at first and slowly open up to you as you open up to him, creating mutual trust and respect in each other. As you get to know each other more, he’d start to be more boisterous like he usually is at the office, though if he comes to appreciate being quiet, he may stay like that around you.
- Takigawa doesn’t have much free time between SPR, his band and his familial responsibilities so every spare minute he has - once he’s taken care of himself - is soent with you and he always has something he wants to tell you about. He’d be your biggest supporter and would deeply appreciate and love you.
Death Note - L
- L isn’t sporty in the traditional sense, but he can play a mean game of tennis. When you’re playing volleyball one day and he sees you, he stops to watch. After observing you for a time, he’d ask if you and he can play a game - he figures volleyball isn’t so different from tennis - a ball, a net, and your hands act as the racket - and is pretty decent at it. He’d enjoy watching you play and would appreciate the skills you’ve learned from playing.
- I don’t think you’d need psychology horror books when dating L because his life is pretty dark and may even be worse than books. So, while he wouldn’t share cases with you, he may mumble out loud to himself while working on a case, the laptop bluelight dim in the otherwise dark bedroom, you trying to sleep beside him, and if you said something that made sense to him whereas before he couldn’t wrap it around in his mind, he’d blink owlishly at you and then kiss you out of gratitude.
- L’s job is observation so really, you’re watching each other and you’re both aware of that fact. So it’s not too long before you’d approach L - there’s no way he’d approach you first unless he was more than 100% sure you’d say yes - and ask him out. It’s really slow going because both of you have trouble opening up to people - L because he was taught to not show emotion, and you because it’s a part of who you are. But once the ball gets rolling, there’s no stopping it and soon you’re as close as two peas in a pod.
- Work doesn’t afford L much free time, though he’s his own boss and therefore determines his own hours. But if you ask him often enough, he’ll take a very much reluctant break from work. As your arms wind around him in a hug though and you pull him close, he’ll find that he doesn’t mind it so much after all. You are the reason he works as he does - to protect you from the outside world, where no one can be trusted (in his mind) and everyone’s a potential criminal given the right trigger.
Naruto - Itachi
- It’s going to sound a bit weird, but when you play volleyball, Itachi is completely focused on you. He can practically see you plan your next move and can almost guess as to what you’ll do next because of how you move your eyes around the court, looking at the others on your team and the other team. If you play competitively, he’d be there at every game, work permitting, and if he missed it then he’d make it up to you with a romantic home-cooked dinner, even if it was no big deal to you.
- You enjoy horror, something Itachi sees often in his lne of work as a shinobi. He knows that humans are the most evil beings out there in the world and the fact that you enjoy reading about it perplexes him but he also appreciates it, as reading psychological books can give one a sense of street savviness. For birthday’s he’d be sure to buy you the latest horror book released by your favourite author or would even ask around for book recommendations.
- Like the other matchups, you observe each other but Itachi would definitely be the one to approach you first. He’d initiate most things, such as asking you out on a date, but he’d use body language and verbal cues as hints on what to do and how to ask you. As far as affection goes, he’d leave that up to you, even if he knows you want him to hug or kiss you… Some decisions have to be in your hands and since he’s already sure, it’s up to you to make that move unless he can see that you want him to do it, in which case it’s no holds barred.
- Being a shinobi gives him very little free time so every spare minute is spent with you, just like the other matchups. It has taught him to truly appreciate you and your relationship together so you’re his top priority when he’s back from a mission, unless he’s injured in which he’ll come to you after being treated at the hospital. He’d likely tell Sasuke while he’s away to look out for you if he’s gone for more than a weekend. You’re the most important part of his world, responsiblities aside.
Code Geass - Suzaku (I only write for Lelouch and Suzaku so it was a choice between the two - hope you don’t mind!)
- Suzaku also enjoys sports so sometimes he’d join you for a game of volleyball but for the most part he’s too busy with meetings and with everything going on in the War. He’d marvel at your athleticism and would be sure to congratulate you after every competitive game, even if you don’t win; because it’s not the winning that counts, it’s the taking part that does.
- For birthdays or just because, he’d buy you a book that’s either popular or highly recommended, but once or twice he’d buy you a not so-well known book, just to see you smile. If you had to go away somewhere, he’d slip a book or two into your go-away bag and would enjoy watching you when you’re reading; when you’re quiet and the world has disappeared, cast away in favour of your favourite genre of book.
- Suzaku’s greatest asset is his compassionate core so I think he’d realise that you have difficulty opening up to people. As such, he’d make himself more approachable and be sure to make an effort to include you in every group conversation, to ask you how you are and just be there for you. With any luck, your heart and soul would open up to him, creating a loving relationship built on trust and friendship - the key to any successful, long-lasting relationshuip.
- He’s incredibly loyal and kind so you’d be his biggest concern. Every decision he has to make would have you factored into it and if it inconvenienced you in any way he’d have trouble making the decision but in the end, either way, he’d do what’s best for him and hopefully, you’re there too.
