Why do you not like Disney? Just out of curiosity.
I just don't.
I don't like the negative messages which Disney sends out, I don't like the alleged but also pretty blatant plagiarism or the way it sanitised said plagiarised material (Brothers Grimm is just one example...), the music irritates me, I don't like the sexist and racist stereotypical portrayals of certain characters... And the mascots creep me out. I also don't like how greedy the corporation is, it capitalises off childhood nostalgia and people who wanna go to the parks pretty much have to take out a second mortgage just to be able to afford to go...
I grew up with Disney but the entire company gives me the ick for multiple reasons and I don't like it. Never have.
However, I am VERY excited for the Mickey Mouse horror film coming out this year now that Disney is in the public domain! I hope he's as creepy and horrifying as I've always thought him to be. Disney creepypasta my beloved ❤️🙏
