anyway, this might give me away but I wanted to send you a little excerpt from my miguel o’hara / spidernoir love triangle fic, it’s of them fighting over you getting hurt (spidernoir saved you don’t worry!!)
“Where were you? I thought you were in danger!” Miguel exclaimed, walking over to you and putting both his hands on your upper arms.
“At a bar, because, you know, she’s free to do whatever she pleases,” Peter remarked, crossing his arms as he turned to Miguel.
Miguel gave a smile that was nothing short of sardonic, but even then somehow it had been encased with a false sense of compassion.
“Well of course, I knew that, Noir. But if she hadn’t gone, she wouldn’t have ended up with this,” Miguel held up your arm to wave your wound at Peter.
“Miguel! I—”
“I see your style. Keeping people couped up in dark brooding places would definitely keep them from any and all harm,” Peter continued, his tone getting almost theatrically jovial.
“Please, just stop, both of you,” you sighed, your eyes unable to find Peter’s or Miguel’s and instead rested on the shiny floors of HQ.
Miguel held your arm under his hand, his fingers running down to your wrist before they ran over the faint red marks.
“You’re not exactly bursting with color either, you know.”
“And yet I know a walking red flag when I see one.”
