NOBODY TALK TO ME

I need you guys to understand just how hot Rose was in New Earth. Ten's FIRST episode that wasn't a special but she absolutely stole the show. She left not a single crumb. And don't get me STARTED on her kiss with Ten. That was EVERYTHING. I know that technically that was Cassandra, but we don't have to talk about that. This is in my top three episodes so far because of literally everything. Rose was SO attractive here and honestly if I watched Doctor Who when I was younger and saw Rose in this episode, she would've been my queer awakening 100%. I don't understand how ANYONE could look at her and not be like "wow, women are so incredible"

a little thingy i started for myself because I LOOOVE doing papercrafts as a way to relax and since i really love the way Project Sekai did theirs i took it as a base to customize it to tenrose.... and then I got carried away

I imagine this piece happening after Satan pit , The doctor needed a soft nice place to be in peace with Rose For a bit and he found the perfect place for both

Another reason why Rose is the greatest love the Doctor will ever have is that he was domestic to her. Seriously. The Doctor claimed that he was not the domestic type, and that he would not let Rose bring about this change. Yet that’s what he became. We literally see him spending time at Rose's house, with Jackie who they visit. God, the first thing he did as Ten was spend Christmas with Rose and her family. Their family. Note that after the RTD period, we never again saw the Doctor do such a thing with a companion's family. When Eleven moved in with Amy and Rory, he could barely sit still for a few hours, that's saying something. But with Rose, he was a domestic. He wanted to settle down. He was tired of traveling. After her in the series, that was no longer the case. And somewhere, in another universe, the Doctor is with Rose, living a domestic life. The one he always wanted from the moment he met her.

god jack rose and the doctor just love each other so fucking much it kills me. the parting of ways where jack wants his last act to be kissing rose and the doctor tenderly and softly. to rose “you are worth fighting for” to the doctor “wish i never met you (affectionate)” it’s the doctor kissing rose on the forehead before he sends her to safety. it’s rose refusing to let jack die. a subconscious deep desire to keep him alive. the doctor protecting rose. jack and the doctor being willing to die because at least rose is safe. jack fighting for the first time in his life because he found people to fight for. the doctor just wanting rose to be happy even if it isn’t with him. unwell

You voted for it, you got it. A "fix-it" that's really gonna heal you after watching Parting of the Ways for the millionth time. (I deserve compensation for the emotional damage I experienced RTD!).

Summary: Bad Wolf, and by extension, Rose, with all their infinite power decide to take things into their own omnipotent hands. It's time for the Doctor to get some much-needed R&R! Adjusting to life in the slow lane is a little hard for our Doctor, but the goal is healing and he's willing to try. Perhaps all he needed was just a bit of something human to help him get there.
