A swimwear set loosely based on fashions from the 50s through to the 60s, definitely not pulling inspiration from a plastic icon 😇.

That's Catherine when she went to the Netherlands in 2016. It's a pretty common picture.
I personally don't pay attention to deuxmoi tbh, 60 percent of the times they are just making stuff up. The rest 40 they take credit from other people. They are more wrong than they are right.

(1) Visite en sileskine et chinchilla. — Le dos se termine par une basque plate, ornée de chinchilla. Manche retournée. Devant formant deux pans demi-longs, ornés d’un double rang de fourrure, col en fourrure.
(2) Visite en damassé de soie et velours ornée de castor. — La manche part du dos, et se retourne sur une basque rapportée et arrondie, continuant les pans carrés du devant. La manche-menotte, ainsi que tous les contours, sont ornés de bandes de castor.

(1) Sileskin and chinchilla visiting ensemble. — The back ends with a flat peplum, decorated with chinchilla. Sleeve returned. Front forming two half-long sides, decorated with a double row of fur, fur collar.
(2) Visiting ensemble in silk and velvet damask decorated with beaver. — The sleeve starts from the back, and turns over a rounded peplum, continuing the square panels of the front. The handcuff sleeve, as well as all the contours, are decorated with beaver bands.
