12月28日(水)｜過剰に頑張る必要がない
今日、で、仕事、おさ、め……！！！！！
今朝は起き上がるのがしんどかった。身体が重くて。ちょっと最近は休息が足りていない。ニュースレターを頑張ったからかもしれない。ニュースレターを書くのは楽しいが、昨夜出したvol.1は、無理しない・休息をしっかりとろう、というのがわりと主題だったのに、書いてることとやってることがややちぐはぐだった。夜はなにもしない、と書いたのに、ぎりぎりまで推敲した。まあそんな日もある。もう少しで帰省して充分休むつもりだし、それでもいい。
明日から帰省をするので、それに備えて早めに洗濯を回した。年始早々、帰省から戻って着るものがないという状況が一番つらい。準備をする意識は11月からだいぶ芽生えてきた。準備をするというのは、未来について想像力をはたらかせるということでもあるらしい。ちょっと先の自分を楽にしてあげるというより、どういう状況だったら困ってしまうのか、を考える。楽にしよう、とすると、なんだかなんでもかんでも項目が出てくるから。最低限のライン、困らないようにしてあげようすると、過剰に頑張る必要がない。未来も大事かもしれないが、今の自分もすこぶる大事。そういえば冷凍ご飯があと三回分ほどしかなくて、今日も食べるだろうから、これもまた年始にすぐに切れてしまうようだと悲しい。なので今日か明日あたりにご飯を炊けたらいい。そろそろ米が切れる頃合いだったような記憶。
仕事を納めても、帰省しても、ほんのすこしでいいから日々小説を書けたらいいな。

I made a set of microwavable handwarmers :) this pair came out a bit small (3 inches square looked bigger on paper than it did once they're filled), so I'm adding another half inch to the pattern and making them in other patterns for Christmas gifts 🎁

昨日。少しだけ岸田首相の会見を見た。専守防衛は抜け殻となっていこうとしている。将来の世代のために、国家の安全保障を整えることが第一である。苦労をのこさないようにと、借金もとい国債は発行しない（深く自問自答したらしい。まるで自分の中だけで国債の裁量を決めるみたいな言い方だ）。プロセスに間違いはなかった、といわれますが、「ない」と断言できるかどうかの証明って、最も難しいものなんですよ。
首相、あなたの言う、将来の世代ってどこの世代のことをさすんですか。今、どうにかこうにか生きている人たちも、まだ将来を生きていきますよ。私はなんだか、一瞬だけ、死にたくなりました。この国、毎年、二万人以上が自殺していて、特にコロナ禍がひどくなった2020年以来、将来を担っていく20代の自殺が激増している現状を、どう思われますか。そんな中で過去最高の税収を記録されたそうですね。増税を重ねていくことは、将来世代への負担とも言えませんか。それとも、私たちが生まれたときから消費税が存在していてそれを常識として受けとめているように、将来世代にも「当然」として受けとめさせようとする算段ですか。将来世代のため、と、まるで都合のいい免罪符のように未来志向の言葉を使われますが（実際それは大事なんですが）、その一方で原発再稼働をおしすすめようとしているのはなぜですか。災害大国だと知っていますか。インボイス制度をはじめとして力が弱いけれど生活を支えてきた人たちを追いやっていくのはなぜですか。あなたがたが増やそうとしている防衛費、それは一体、なんなんですか。GDP2％の防衛費ってなんなんですか、その基準って一体なんなんですか。

なんだか疲れてしまって、夜はポケモンをした。制作なんてしている場合なのかなって思ったりするけど、それでも制作をしている。守りたい生活。
