This is the Hermitage of Our Lady of Deliverance (Nossa Senhora do Livramento), built in 1708 on a place that, nowadays, is the center of a small village on the outskirts of Tavira called Livramento. However, three centuries ago, this area was part of a vast rural propriety called "Ángela Clara", a farm that belonged to a rich man called Henrique Nunes Leal da Gama.

The edification of this small church was patronized by a priest called Manuel Viegas Leal (who was a relative of Henrique Nunes Leal da Gama), who was burried in this very temple.

all i have is this screenshot but i think its related to soulmates and draco is dying but he doesn't want to tell harry so he does has these insane items on his to do list and harry spends half of the fic wondering if draco has gone insane (i also remember a scene where harry is concerned draco does drugs and his influence on teddy) also pansy was in it?
